Was quoted a fair price for a dent in my E Class door. It was on the edge and an awkward place to repair but Graham did an excellent job and I was super pleased with the result . Great service and will definitely use again.

Easy process all sorted over WhatsApp. Booked in, immaculate workshop, professional service. I waited while Graham completed the work and sat in the comfortable waiting area with a nice coffee while I got on with my own work. Honestly and simply - perfect.

Liaising with Graham before I had booked in was very straight forward and he was very prompt and professional in responding. I then booked a time and date and Graham reached out to me the day before to check the appointment was still ok.

On arrival Graham was very friendly and pointed out another dent I hadn't spotted on the same panel (which also got rectified). My son (he was ill from school) and I went up to the nice waiting area above the workshop with seats, heater, TV, biscuits and drinks where we had our lunch.

Once the work was completed I genuinely couldn't see where the dents had been.

It was assuring to know and hear that it was a flat fee for the work I had done i.e. it didn't matter if I'd have gone in a Bentley, Rolls Royce or Pagani, it would have been the same.

Its service and honesty like this that easily deserves a 5* rating and stands Graham out from other bodyshops or dent removal places that I've come across.

Graham responded to my initial enquiry very quickly. I was booked in on a Saturday morning which helped me work wise and collected the van before 12pm.
Great workmanship. Very pleased with the results.

Great service from Graham at PDR. Sent him photos of a large dent in my car door and he quickly came back with a quote for repair and then booked me in.
Repair took place with no issues and looks great. Wouldn’t hesitate to use PDR again in the future.

After being referred to Graham at Dent Detail he promptly booked my car in for repair and Ben offering to repair the damage at my home address for a minimal additional cost. The quote provided for the repair was very reasonable and Graham even telephoned to offer to complete the repair earlier than originally booked. Graham was very friendly and extremely professional in his manner and the work completed on my car.
