Worst Company EVER!! Use Banning Dental instead they are a safer company to use
Worst Company EVER!!! It makes 12 months Since Dentaprime took my £99.00 refundable deposit and I attended my appointment and didnt want to get my teeth done with them and I have been trying to get my money back for a year, I have gone through extreme abuse and I have told the truth I have been scammed because the deposit it refundable. I have given proof to trustpilot and they have not refunded me and they keep going to trust pilot to get my truthful review taken down. The last review I posted about Dentaprime which is the honest truth (TRUSTPILOT)!!!! Took it down so I am inserting my payment to Dentaprime!!!! I want to see if this will be taken down very disappointed in trustpilot because I am verified. My review is to keep customers safe and protected from companies like this from Dentaprime who lie to people about there refundable deposit knowing that they are lying and if you don't choose to get your teeth done with them, they basically keep and technically steal your money. Customers should know that there are reputable DENTISTs like (Banning dental practice )that offer the same service which would Never EVER not refund your refundable deposit as long as you attend your appoint Banning Dental will always refund you if you choose not to go ahead with any dental work for what ever reason.

Like said by many appointment fee aren't refunded though plenty notice given though you say online appointments were free at the time. Hoping that your forced to come but why would you if your not doing anything for me and won't get any money? Enjoy the fee nothing compared to what you could have got. Better places out there who deserve and will get my business. Oh and asking for a deposit for starting the work when you may or may not or even be seen is pure greed and to ring early for this. Should have trusted gut instinct and read all reviews as you do incorrect work then demand more money to fix it and keep people waiting. Enjoy the fee. Will warn others to avoid you and show and tell them. With you its just money, money, money. Your too much of a risk to me.

4 implants £8,000 much more expensive than my chosen dentist.
4 implants came to circa £8,000. I can find no evidence for their assertion that they are cheaper than other UK dentists. I went to a specialist implant centre in Brighton that has no consultation fee and quoted me £1,395 per implant, substantially cheaper than Dentaprime.
Dentaprime said I needed 4 implants, the Brighton centre and my own dentist said I only needed 2!
I asked for a receipt at reception for my insurer and was then ignored. I again asked at my consultation and was told it would be sent - nothing sent. I chased and was told I would only get a receipt after the treatment was completed.

Shocking bad practice keeping deposits, I initially booked before reading reviews ( My bad) read negative reviews and it put me off so I cancelled a week in advance. Lady said I cannot get a refund, I am not to happy about that as I have given more than enough notice. To keep people’s money because they cancel well in advance is shocking, no wonder you get the negative comments. People have a choice and if the choice is no longer to proceed you have an ethical duty to pay people back their deposit, sort this out or you’ll soon get a bad name.
