The chair did take a long time to get to me, but once it did, it was packaged well and in great shape! I have had to make some modifications to it in order to get it to work for me, but overall, it's working out to be a good chair. I appreciate the connections with your sales rep so as to ensure good customer service and I will be recommending you/buying from you in the future! Thanks so much!

I purchased some refurbished Adec patient chairs.The entire process from selection of chairs, selection of fabric, and arranging for delivery and installation was smooth and painless. The chairs function and look like brand new, for a fraction of the cost of new chairs.

My dental assistant and I both love the new assistant chair. I like the texture of the vinyl. It is easy to clean and durable. The Chair I had previously was a synthetic leather texture. It looked good initially, but it was too delicate for certain cleansers and I was not informed of this. And over the years the synthetic leather began to peel and look less attractive. The bottom line is, that I am very happy with this chair. The appearance, the comfort and functionality of our new chair are all great and at a level that we can provide the standard of care our patients deserve. This chair was also a great end-of-the-year special. Thanks A Million.

Purchased used equipment to refurbish a dental operatory. Dental chair looks as new, upholstery job was excellent. Have not had a chance to utilize other purchased used items, but DP reps have been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Would definitely consider future purchases from DP.

Good transaction

Dental planet had a good deal on a digital sensor and I grabbed it. What was frustrating was that UPS had messed up and never got the sensor on time. However, my rep, Devin Lee was right on top of it ,updated of the shipping status just about every 30 mins. Above and beyond! Thank you, Devin!

The new upholstery looks great. Would have gotten five stars but some of the snaps on the chair backs did not line up. Thank you.

All in all satisfied with the service recieved. Communication could have been better but cant complain as the obscure repair part arrived well packaged and was reasonably priced. Will deal with again for future needs
