I ordered a post mounted unit with cuspidor which, due to supply chain issues, took 5 months to receive. After I unpackaged it, I attempted to use the 2 inch chair mount already on the chair to support it and the post was bigger than 2 inches. The manufacturer said they could work out a fix but could give no time frame for the work around. My sales rep from Dental Planet called to inquire about the purchase and make sure all was well. He took it upon himself to find a fix that was successful and much more timely. Thanks. Great customer service.

Great products, even better service. I am starting a second practice and with the increased costs of construction and materials, Dental Planet was a true find. I equipped a four op office, including a CBCT, for the cost of the new Cbct I had installed in my existing practice a few years ago. My sales rep Devin was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. The tech that installed the equipment, Dwight, did a fantastic job and even went above and beyond by adjusting a compressor I didn’t even purchase from them. Even after installation, any questions that have come up, Dwight immediately responds to texts or calls. The quality of the equipment is truly like new or in some cases better than new, because the kinks are worked out already. I am so grateful to have found these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

Devin was a huge help and always made himself available if I had any questions. My chairs look fantastic.

There were some problems with the item order number and I didn't get what I wanted. However the sales person was always very professional and did everything possible to get me my product, but was unable. I received a full refund.

I was trying to use some credit for an item Dental Planet had “purchased” from me. Many communication issues. Went so far as to disassemble my dental chair to take pics for reupholstery, but couldn’t get a response as to whether they could do it or not (I would have been spending $1500 after using my credit). Finally just decided to place an order for supplies to use up the credit. Many, many emails ensued. Most items out of stock. They sent some of my items to someone in another state. If I hadn’t stayed on top of it, I probably never would have gotten most of my order. 2/5 stars is being generous.

I received broken items twice which delayed placement of my compressor! I was told the old and broken unit would be removed!! They are still in my office!! The company hired by you didn’t know how to place the compressor.. I suspect they may have delayed things so you had to rent the loaner!! It was a horrible experience and I will not recommend your company or the company you hired to place the compressor!! I worry everyday that this may not be the end of my problems with this compressor!! My flooring and carpet has to be replaced due to the damage of your incompetence!! Pissed off over here!!! …

Item came in time and as described. I Think this item is a drop shipment. There were some parts missing from the manufacture but I got it taken care of by just calling the manufacture support.
