I have been buying from Dentalkart for a long time now. Majority of my clinic setup including the consumables I have gotten from Dentalkart! This came as a boon to me at that time because I didn’t know anyone in the city I was putting up my clinic! I continue to buy from Dentalkart even now as I still haven’t gotten a better place to get authentic products in such good prices. They offer a reward system as well which is great.
Would recommend Dentalkart to everyone!

If there would have been zero as rating … I wud have voted for BIG ZERO… delivery is late .. doctors will miss out patients since u relied on Dentalkart for their expected delivery date which obviously they r going to delay…

I would have given zero if there was an option. Ordered things on 12 September and it was out for delivery since 14 September but never received my things. Called customer service many times and got same scripted reply (Sir it will be delivered by today) That day never comes, did not give me the courier company name or number, want to talk to their manager but they never called me back even i was assured manager will call back. I was told that courier guy try to deliver the things at 10-15 pm ( seriously delivery at 10-15 pm even at that time no one showed up.)

The customer care service is extremely disappointing and nonexistent. They don’t care about your time. The worst company with inconsiderate employees. Your material delivery is always delayed, when you try to contact them, no employee is available. The customer helpline does not exits!! Utterly pathetic service.

When it comes to return and refund, they back out and don’t respond.
I had ordered a dental compressor and it was delivered on 30th July 2025 and returned unopened and was picked up on 6 th Aug 2025 . Till date I haven’t received refund. They own token and in an hour close it mailing that my problem has been solved.

Shopping with Dentalkart is always a great experience. I receive what I see and delivery is always on time. Thanks Dentalkart for making dental online shopping as feasible as the shopping of other products.

Product was not dispatched after ordering. I Had to call customercare and push them to dispatch our order. Very slow logistics. Product finally reached destination city after 10 days of placing the order, but was never delivered to me. Its been 3 days, i have no idea where the order is, customer care says delivered agent rescheduled the delivery. Hopeless delivery services from Dentalkart. Pathetic customer care support. I will never order from Dentalkart again. Amazon is better option

Extremely disappointed with Dentalkart’s service. I ordered professional dental loupes which were supposed to be delivered by 21st June. The product reached my destination but was never delivered to me. Even after multiple follow-ups, no proper response was given, and the delivery was unnecessarily delayed till 24th June. Eventually, I had to cancel the order and apply for a refund, but even that is being delayed.

For a platform dedicated to healthcare professionals, this level of mismanagement and poor service is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and timely delivery, but sadly, this has been a frustrating experience.

I do not recommend Dentalkart based on this experience. Hope the team improves their service quality.

Long delays in delivery. Customer service is never reachable. If I am able to reach them after 5 hours, then they do not have any clue about the order

failed to deliver product on time, selling all Chinese items in new packing only. worst products

I ordered a new dental product from dentalkart.
But received a defective & secondhand product and they are cheaters, they don't give refund. I contacted manufacturer &they told dentalkart is not their authorised distributor &they are not responsible for third party agents selling their products.very very bad experience I am planning to give consumer case against dentalkart.

Really dumb conpany ....sending order to wrong address wrong city twice inspite of verbally dictating address...not trustworthy at all

Worst experience. I order for different items but they didn't deliver on time I paid the full amount online when I order. Please don't pay before, cash on delivery is better.
