Hollywood Dental Izmir 

Initially I wrote a good review for Hollywood dental but now I have a problem with a cracked lower set they don’t want to know, fitted just six months ago they won’t answer messages or emails, the lifetime warranty they offer is not worth poo.

Hollywood Dental Izmir is a top prime dental clinic with professional and friendly staff,modern apparatus skilled medics and a welcome feeling from the first step you entered inside the clinic.
Airoport transfer, city to clinic transfers, accomodation all if that deserves more then 5*****.
My wife's new smile and my own crown works makes Hollywood Dental to stay in our hearts forever.

Just had my final fitting (2nd visit). Absolutely amazing service. I’m so pleased. The whole experience has been top notch. The quality is incredible. Do not hesitate to use these for your teeth. I was willing to spend a lot more and they actually talked me out of that and saved me a lot of money. If I could give them ten out of five I would.

Hollywood Dental Clinic Izmir – Misleading, Rushed, and a Complete Waste of Time

I travelled to Izmir based on an original quote of £3,600 for 20 E-max veneers, which was clearly discussed over the phone before I travelled. I sent photos in advance and was explicitly told that E-max veneers were suitable and recommended for me. I made it very clear this was the treatment I wanted and nothing else.

Once I arrived, the story completely changed. I was told the alignment of my teeth supposedly wasn’t suitable for veneers and was instead pushed towards crowns, which would involve shaving down 20 perfectly healthy teeth into tiny pegs. This is a life-changing, irreversible procedure and something that should have been identified before I spent money travelling — not once I was already there and under pressure.

The pricing raised even more red flags. They were still trying to charge me £3,600, refused to move on price at all, despite people I personally know having treatment at this same clinic for around £2,500. Crowns are also meant to be cheaper than veneers, so none of this added up and felt extremely misleading.

The entire process felt rushed and transactional. There was no real care taken to properly explain options or risks — it genuinely felt like the priority was to get people in, take their money, and move them out as quickly as possible.

On top of this, I was forced to pay £300 for one night in a hotel and short transfers, with no real choice. The hotel was not 5-star as advertised — no hot water, terrible breakfast, and rude staff. The transfers to and from the clinic and airport were also over 30 minutes late every single time, adding even more stress.

While staying at the hotel, I spoke to several other patients who had been treated by Hollywood Dental, all of whom described awful experiences. Some said they were still suffering from ongoing tooth problems and had already had to travel back multiple times to fix issues. Hearing this completely confirmed I’d made the right decision to walk away.

To make matters worse, Izmir itself was very disappointing. There was nothing around, the area felt run-down, and it didn’t feel like a pleasant or safe place to be if you’re expecting any kind of trip alongside treatment.

Overall, this was a huge waste of time and money, with misleading assessments, inconsistent pricing, rushed treatment, and poor communication. I’ve decided to pay more and have the work done properly and safely in the UK instead.

Would not recommend.

Had a great experience staff where so friendly and professional made us feel really welcome and the service was great clinic was very new and clean. I would definitely recommend Hollywood dental to anyone wanting to get their teeth done. 5 star treatment

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this clinic, and this decision was the best decision I could have made. I felt truly comfortable, loved, and I could feel that people cared about me. Every question I had was answered, and I also received so many compliments. The first compliment was on the plane, when the flight attendant, after I said hello, told me, “Oh my God, what a beautiful smile, it’s just unbelievable.” That made me so happy. I want to mention that people who are afraid of the dentist don’t need to be scared—it’s all pain-free, maybe a little discomfort, but nothing extreme. It’s worth it in terms of price and result. I am so, so grateful to all the staff, and I am very happy.

I would highly recommend Hollywood Dental Clinic, and especially mention Öykü, Yağmur, and Alex, who took comprehensive care of me—from organizing my arrival and transportation to providing full support throughout my treatment.

Thanks to them, I felt safe, and the entire treatment process was comfortable for me.
Hollywood Dental Clinic also ensured that everything was painless, which makes their services especially appealing even for people who are afraid of dental procedures.

Is Hollywood Dental Clinic worth recommending? Definitely yes—if you want to take care of a beautiful smile, enjoy comfort, and overcome the fear of pain.

I would love to write few words to share my opinion and review on this clinic! Starting off, I would love to thank the clinic for their professionalism, their communicative staff members, and their nearly round-the-clock availability!

I did veneers treatment on my teeth because i had to do them, saw their advertisement through social media, got interested and checked them up. Shortly after I reached for them and they gave me a approximate price based on the photos i have sent them and explaining to me that the price might vary because they have to check at their own. I was very astonished by their honesty and bought my tickets very fast after the conversation.

Arrived at the Airport, one of their team came to pick me up (VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY HOSPITABLE) while the ride explaining the process. The Day after i got picked up again and brought to clinic and there again they explained to me in detail how everything is going to be and enlightened me with a fix price and all my doctors who are responsible for me.

All in all, very professional, very friendly, after the treatment i had no problems with my teeth they checked everything twice to be sure there is no mistake and everything went well. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone! And if i had to go back and choose a clinic for my teeth it would be Hollywood-Dental all-over again!!

I travelled to this clinic in Turkey for cosmetic dental treatment and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

Initially, we agreed on a treatment plan involving 20 crowns for €3,500. However, while I was there, I changed my mind and decided to proceed with a much smaller treatment consisting of only 3 veneers and 1 crown on my front teeth. As most people know, this type of treatment is significantly less extensive and less costly than the original plan.

Despite this change, none of the remaining balance from the €3,500 has been refunded. In addition, one veneer became loose just three days after placement, and although I was asked to submit documentation for reimbursement related to corrective treatment, I have still not received any payment. Since then, another veneer has also become loose, resulting in additional stress, inconvenience, and unexpected costs after returning to my country.

Communication and customer service have also been frustrating. Responses were often delayed or unclear, leaving me without proper guidance or resolution. While accommodation and transportation were arranged, the durability of the dental work and the follow-up support did not meet my expectations.

During my stay, I also spoke with several other patients at the hotel who shared dissatisfaction with their own experiences, which further raised concerns.

Whatever response the clinic may provide to this review, I want to state that my experience is based on documented communication, including messages and screenshots. I strongly encourage potential patients to carefully research and consider other options before choosing this clinic.
