We had a great experience with Denix Moving for our recent move. The customer service was excellent - I provided all the details for our move over email, and the estimated time and truck size provided ended up being perfect. Richard and Eddie were fantastic - they showed up on time (actually early) and were efficient, friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Two stars because the move could have gone worse, I guess.
I booked Denix to move things from a storage unit to my flat. I was running late due to roadworks, which was already stressful enough. I called the crew to let them know, and they waited for me (at my cost, obviously).
Everything was going well for the first hour, until we got to fragile boxes where I asked the crew to handle them carefully as all my plates and glasses were stored inside.
Eddie and Richard took offence at this and started arguing with me. Not the professional attitude I expected for providing basic directions on how to handle my things. The work stopped entirely while I called the office and asked them to intervene.
After we resumed, I was stressed and extremely upset. Unfortunately, the sentiment lingered for the rest of the day and over the weekend. The office was not apologetic.
Will never be using them again.

Thieves. Be aware, they took half of the job fee as a “deposit” on day 1, the very next day we requested the date to be changed for a later one and they said we have to make another booking and our deposit (half of the fee) is gone so we have to pay again. This is against consumer rights and those bunch have no clue what legal rights consumers have in the country. Rude, unethical and simply money grabbing bunch.
We will be making a charge back to get our money back, which I warned them of, but they were so stupid to understand that reputation and good customer service are priceless in business.

After several frustrating conversations with the team at Denix I can safely say this is one to avoid and was a poor choice on my part to select them for my house move. I asked Den for a price at the beginning and that to be all inclusive. I sent a video as well as gave them a full overview about what was required. He agreed and then proceeded to charge me extra for a miscalculation they had on number of boxes and time required. To be honest this is a hoax and there are much better, more transparent companies available for your move. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Very unprofessional customer service when I complained, Tom the manager showed no willingness or clear understanding of the situation. Not sure what the purpose of having a manager there quite frankly if that’s their response. Clearly do not care about the customer. They also lost £300 of my valuable belongings which they are refusing to reimburse me over yet they want me to pay money for their extra time they spent. I don’t think they are even insured otherwise it would be simple to reimburse me. Quite possibly the worse experience I’ve had out of 6 different house moves ever. Avoid at all costs…

The team from Denix were fantastic and made my move across London pain and stress free! From the initial quote, communication was excellent and the helpful inventory checklist ensured that my quote was realistic. While I waited for confirmation of my move date, the team in the office were patient and offered to ensure that a team was secured for the day of my move but didn't hound me with phone calls looking for confirmation. On the morning of the move, Eddie and Richard kept me updated on their arrival time, turning up promptly and ready to start. Both were extremely professional, taking a lot of care with all my belongings, while also ensuring that there was no damage to either flat. Eddie and Richard's helpfulness and fun attitude made the move so much easier than I expected and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Denix Moving. Thank you!

Denix Moving was a good decision for my move. Two men arrived on time, picked up all my stuff (and some of the bags and boxes were quite heavy), delivered it to my new place, and then brought everything to my flat on the third floor. They were also very nice to speak to. And booking their services with Den via e-mail was very easy too - flexible and responsive. I'd definitely recommend Denix Moving.

MY ADVICE TO ANYONE OUT THERE LOOKING TO MOVE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THINK TWICE AND WALK AWAY!!!
The company itself dealing with my complaint against them have been more than awful have offered no empathy understanding or even said sorry yet, let alone any compensation, l had one phone call from the owner, l then asked her by text to call me,
Her response "Im actually on holiday l will call you when I'm back next week"
That was on the 8th I'm still waiting for a call back from her.
I am not letting this go, l deal with the public myself the way you as a company have dealt with such a terrible complaint beggers belief.
