No Response...Don't Care

Been trying to get a measurement for a shirt I wanted to purchase. I used the chat feature. Been waiting for 2 days! The response I get is they will get the measurements tomorrow. Two days later they still haven't helped me. Guess they don't care. But after posting negative review, they responded instantly to say they will get back to me once again, they have limited service. If service is so limited, then why not use it to respond with the measurement??? SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
