Chinese Based Shop pretending to be in the UK

This company says it's located in the tranquil streets of Beckenham. I ordered an item from them, however when I received a tracking number it didn't register on the Post Office Track and Trace. It did register on a global tracking site which showed it being dispatched from China. I did receive the goods but minus the manufacturers box two weeks later. I haven't found this Companies address in Beckenham searching on the net. I believe it's just a front for a Chinese based store. Also I emailed them twice without receiving a reply. I've given two stars instead of one because I received the goods.
