Hello have not recieved order

Denby make wonderful items and the products I recently ordered exceed my expectations. Two of the items ordered were gifts and the recipients were delighted with the quality.

I ordered from your website items classed as being in stock. My payment was rapidly processed. Since then there has been no contact to update regarding delivery, or not. I understand fully that this is a hideous time for staff and that administration will complicate fulfilment, at best. I would, however still like to know if I have waved goodbye to my £150 or not. Some updates would be appreciated.
UPDATE: 2 days after posting this review I received an update and an assurance that my order was still being processed, albeit delayed. I am grateful for this and wish all the employees of Denby well.

Whilst the status of the company survival is still to fight for Denby, has honoured my order with constant regular updates on the delivery and my truly top quality ceramics have arrived excellently packed. I am delighted with my order; as before sturdy, seemingly indestructible bowls, beautiful deep bright blues. Thank you.

Denby - the most excellent pottery - so essentially English. Its designs are breathtakingly good. To be cherished and valued. Wish I could buy more of it’s products.

I've loved Denby Potteries for many years, choosing it for our 1st dinnerware back in 1981. Using Wedding gift money to purchase it. A lot of what we bought, were in fact seconds (no one knew unless we told them). Visiting the pottery at the time.
We kept adding to grow our dinner service over time.

Eventually coming more up to date, over time as my taste changed.
I had a brief dalliance into another brand. Big mistake!

Back to Denby - white, white & more white.
Most of my old Denby was given to Charity Shop (sold for more than original price paid - but guess times changed) It is probably still in use today.
Recently I have purchased more bowls, whilst I await their arrival.
I have signed the petition to save Denby and shared with friends.
Also made a comment in the Telegraph regarding saving Denby. A real quality product.

Love Denby. Not received goods yet due to problems the company is having - but do hope they manage to sort as it’s beautiful tableware and has always arrived quickly and well packaged before.

Still get 5 stars from me!

Great price, kept me informed as to the process while they are going through / into administration - ensured my order was with them, but they weren't taking the money till they could ship - really professional and deserve to continue in business.

Previously I wrote a review saying my order didn’t come, after a short delay due to the situation denby are in my order has come and it’s extremely high quality and I would definitely recommend denby if they make it through this tough time, especially for the price I paid.

I am so moved by the plight of Denby so I purchased an Excellent Bowl Plate Mug from them. I so hope the Ceramics industry is given protection by the Government and finding a future for local heritage pottery such has Denby.

Flipping love Denby, not only the products but everything about the brand. A world without Denby isn’t one I would want to consider.

Almost all of our chinaware is Denby. The best quality at a fair price.

Why is it so much better and more hardwearing than everything else? I’m not sure but I’m going to say that it’s the glaze.

Once it was on its way my order came quickly, well wrapped and beautiful as always!

I was bought my first bit of Denby when I bought my own house 36 years ago aged 21, and from that Imperial Blue sugar bowl and butter dish (both of which I still have) we've gone on to the full dinner service, serving platters/bowls/glasses everything really. I can't imagine ever changing tbh. It really is timeless and such good quality, it still looks like new. This time round we've replaced some breakages, and bought a new set of cutlery, which is fab.
