Excellent Customer Service and Outstanding Product!
I can’t say enough good things about the Demon Flex Force X D3O Short V5 and the team behind it. This product has literally saved my backside more times than I can count as I started learning to snowboard!
When I first ordered, there was a mix-up with the sizing. Demon accidentally sent the wrong size, but their customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I contacted them, and they immediately resolved the issue by sending me the correct size via express 24-hour delivery completely free of charge! This was a lifesaver as I was heading off for a week-long snowboarding trip just two days later. Service like this deserves a 10/10. Huge thanks to the Demon team for saving my ski week!
As for the product itself, the quality is great. Thanks to these, I barely felt the countless falls from edge-catching mishaps. The wrist guards are equally impressive, providing excellent support and impact protection.
One feature I particularly love is the modular impact inserts. They give you the option to adjust the level of protection, making them less bulky without sacrificing performance—a fantastic feature for skiing or when you want more flexibility.
I highly recommend!

Top V5, lightweight, comfortable, good protection
bought the Protector Top V5 in XL for myself (1,80m; 95Kg) fits well, is really comfortable and lightweight.
I barely feel it when snowboarding but it offers great protection.
