Since it's processed through Shopify Payments, it typically takes 3–5 business days to appear in the customer's bank — so it should be arriving right about now or very shortly.
If the customer still doesn't see it, here's what to suggest:
• Check their bank statement carefully — it may appear as a pending credit
• Contact their bank or card issuer directly, as some banks take a bit longer to post credits

Ordered beaded plastic dinner and side plates along with beaded plastic silver coloured cutlery. Great design, reasonably priced and arrived promptly. The only criticism was the delivery charge which was expensive, but that said it was coming from Europe.

Very thin material for that price. But very fast delivery. Not order again. I thought I could use it more than one time, but quality is disappointing.

Ordered some charger plates for the cheapest price I’ve seen. They arrived in the uk within 5 days from the time I placed the order. The order was tracked and updated regularly. I will 100% recommend this company

Good service but insufficient description
Unfortunately, although the service was extremely good, the description of the item was misleading. There was not enough information provided so what I assumed I was buying was not what I wanted.
Although there is a returns policy, I did not want to pay for postage so I'm going to keep it even though it is of no use to me.

Amazing after sale service
Amazing after sale service. For some reason, the parcel delivery failed with UPS but the owner was so kind to do all the follow up with UPS and finally re-sent at no cost for me a new parcel that arrived just in time for my party. Thank you so much, I will definitely order again at Party Deluxe. Laurence
