ordered and paid £665 for a Canada…

ordered and paid £665 for a Canada Goose Wyndham Parka on 17 October. As of 24 October, I have received no dispatch confirmation or meaningful update about my order, and I have not received a response to my emails.

I’m disappointed by the lack of communication, especially after spending this amount of money. I would appreciate an update on the status of my order and confirmation of when it will be dispatched.

I hope this is simply a delay, but the lack of communication has left me concerned about my purchase.

Not sent my parcel

Ordered a coat on the weekend no shipping has been sent to me and messaged them on instargram and no replies and no update on my canda goose Wyndham shocking service as had no update or emails of my shipping so probably not even been sent out

Did not ship and unresponsive.

Ordered on 5th march through Vestiaire collection, to date no confirmation of shipping, no communication through Vestiaire chat or via email. Looks like shipping window is going to time out and Vestiaire will cancel order. I can only assume it was a coat that was listed but not in stock.

Amazing experience buying a Pre owned Canada Goose Wyndham jacket from Alex at Déluge! Jacket was perfect, exactly as described and arrived lightning fast to the US. One of the best shopping experiences ever.

Seller responded WA very promptly. Shipping was but so quick and delivery time also was too long compared to estimated. But jacket was as described and in good condition. So all on all am very happy with purchase. Buy in trust!
