Delta Children Order - direct thru Delta

I placed an order for nursery set at the end of November. Provided my due date. Delta confirmed the order with an anticipated delivery of mid- January. On January 29th customer service emailed telling me one of the items I ordered was out of stock and that they had no replenishment date. I was asked to select a different item. This was disappointing and clearly poor inventory management. I should have already had my items delivered by the time they realized they couldn't fill my order. 2 months to figure that out.

Today, 02/04, their delivery service reaches put to schedule the delivery. All available dates are after my due date. Nearly 3 months after my order date. Do not recommend ordering from Delta. Not a great experience. Not having my nursery furniture in time for the baby to come home is stressful.

Horrific customer service

Bought a tiny Chef kitchen on black Friday sale for my granddaughter for Christmas at Walmart. I was so excited drove halfway to meet my son in law so she would have it Christmas morning.. Christmas Eve putting it together, it's missing parts. Oh there is a number on the box but no one answers! Everything is done email... I got the one big piece..he goes to put it together 2 more things missing..the issue they no longer have the parts! What we need is out of stock. Why because it was missing out of too many boxes! These are big crucial pieces you can't use the kitchen without! This product has gone from an exciting gift to one of the worst gifts ever.. now their only solution is to ask the kids to take back to the store a half put together big kids toy... with 2 kids and multiple jobs.. Merry Christmas! Not being able to get a person..the response time and attitude... I will remember their name and never buy another product made by them. I plan to make sure Walmart Corp. Knows too! So buyer beware .. buy from a different company.

No way to contact the company in a timely manner

How would I know the product is any good if I can't assemble it.

We ordered the Jeep Wrangler Wagon CBAG/PORGA. Directly from deltachildren.com. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

When I went to assemble it (it's big and is now taking up space) I could not continue because I can't find the screws they likely packed with it.

Here is my true complaint. There is no way to contact the company in a timely manner. This is becoming more and more typical unfortunately. Most obnoxiously, they have a phone number listed on a big tag to call if there are any issues. When called the phone number directs you to the website.

What is going to happen if there is a real problem with the item?

It is hard to even find the contact us page, then there is a form that requires information that is not easy to find. (They claim it is on the white tag but the form asks for a few inputs that are not on that tag)

The form also requires reCAPTCHA so do not try to contact them via this form on a mobile device as it is not coded correctly to work either in Safari or Chrome.

This is mostly a rant about how companies are not providing even basic customer service.
