Awful experience

Have transferred a large sum of money to be traded for bitcoins. Money has left my account which is seen on the statement and confirmed by the bank. Meanwhile I have not received a single response from the vendor and started a dispute a day ago which DeltaTip refuses to participate in. Exit scam? Good thing there is escrow, but never again
