I liked some features that even others don't have. E.g., not limited traffic, own backup policy, real-time network topology, multiple separated business accounts under one profile, etc. I also asked guys about the administration of my VMs via the ticketing system & got the required support.
There are still things to improve on the platform & more services to add, but they are doing good work.
