Do not buy from this company! Scammers. I ordered running shoes back in April. Didn’t arrive after 3 weeks so cancelled my order. They said they would reimburse me but haven’t heard anything from them since, despite the numerous emails I’ve sent them. They’re absolute thieves!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Ordered two pairs of Asic-Kayano 31's. Arrived 5 weeks later & clearly fake counterfeits. Reported them to Trading Standards & Crimestoppers UK. Hope they get jail time.

Ordered trainers and a hoody on the 23rd May. They never arrived and still sending emails to customers service for refund which has never happened. Complete Scam!!!! 😡

Sneakers took a long time to arrive. They DID NOT FIT. Plus, they had a strange ODOR that no legitimate name-brand sneakers I've ever bought has ever had. Therefore, I SUSPECT THEY ARE KNOCKOFFS. Working for weeks to get a FULL REFUND. Keep being given other options that are UNACCEPTABLE.

I ordered Asics Gel-Kayano 31 running shoes. In addition to taking 6 weeks to get to me they sent the wrong size and a shoe that is clearly a knock off. The shipping label indicated it came from China so this is very clearly a scam company operating out of China under the guise of a US firm.

I ordered a jacket over a month ago and there has not been a word on shipping, contacted and told it could take 6-17 business days and now it's been 23. I have tried since tried to contact them to cancel the order to get a refund and heard nothing.

Pretty sure this site is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

If I could give this online store a '0' star, I would have done so. There are so many reasons why I would never purchase anything from this company or recommend others to do so.

I purchased a pair a well known sneakers for my daughter in early April. Sadly, we did not receive the product until mid-May (5 weeks). Secondly, the product came in a crumpled flimsy box and it looked second hand. After further inspection and research of the product, I was appalled and upset to discover they sent a counterfeit product with all the tell-tale signs of it being fake. I've reached out to them with pictures and descriptions to confirm my claim. I have requested a full refund and reported them to the site I paid through.

Bought a pair of Hoka speed goats. They took 3 months to arrive and when they arrived I found out they were fake. Only ran 12 miles and the rubber is worn down completely. Can't even use them now.

The garment I received was terrible quality. The website says that it was a cotton blend but when it arrived it was 100% polyester. The size was supposed to be a men’s large but it wasn’t even a women’s medium. It was tiny. I am having trouble getting my refund. They have stopped responding to my emails 😡

Facts: 6 week delivery time.

Trainers look new but packaging etc suggest they're a returned item and can't be sold as new because of packaging.

Customer service useless. One generic non-informative email, no matter what the question.

Tracking app equally useless. First just label printed, not updated while in transit, still showing in transit ... but I have my trainers

Thank goodness they fit. I suspect returns not easy.

Only gave 1 star to be able to give review. Terrible company DO NOT USE. They give conflicting delivery statuses, ‘customer service’ ignore emails and items never received.

I lost $135 to an order of Hoka shoes that never arrived.
Complete fake company.
I checked Trustpilot too late and found many negative reviews… my bad, never again!

If I could rate 0/5 I would. Dont buy anything. Arrived a month late, site says full refunds and free shipping. They won't send me a return label and are saying because they dont have a warehouse in europe they need to send back to China. Total b.s. thank you Chase credit cards for refund.

I ordered a pair of ASICS due to having plantar fasciitis.
I waited 5 weeks for them to be delivered. The minute I opened the box I knew they were fakes. They were not the colour I had ordered either. A friend had the same shoe from ASICS here in Australia so we compared them and the quality of Deloxusa shoes were nothing like the original. I have been contacting them now for over 3 weeks and being offered 50%to 75% and keep the original item. I want to return them but they keep telling me because I’m in Europe and they’re in China it’s not possible!!!! I’m in Australia and they’re still will not offer me a full refund. DON’T USE THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PROFESSIONAL LOOKING WEBSITE AND PROMISES OF RETURNS AND TRACKING.
The two items that I ordered on the website were nothing like what I received and I paid AUD $184.00 but the quality was just like that from TEMU and the tracking number provided didn't exist. There was remnants of glue around the base of the shoes and the plastic was chemical smell whereas the website shows soft leather with wood heels and stated as orthopedic however there was not even arch support and the soles were hard slippery plastic. The return process is nothing like stated on the website, I was queried for my even attempting a refund and then sent through photos showing the quality and they then came back with there is no return warehouse and they won't provide a return label and when I queried that the website says free return shipping I got the reply saying they sincerely apologise but there is no European Warehouse and for me to return I would have to pay shipping costs and then they try to get you to keep the item and offer 35% refund, which progresses as you keep refusing with max of 75% refund because they want to cover shipping costs. Also the items are not sent from the UK they are sent from China. Ordered 17th March and still today 21 May waiting for refund reply!

Made a mistake by ordering before doing research...big mistake! Tracking details attached to shipment were non existent, I realised there was no shipment and cancelled the order immediately. Requested a refund. Still waiting three weeks later and emails stating they are having refund issues....more BS!!
Do not buy from them!! And currently still awaiting a refund. Keep getting the run around and bs emails when I ask where is my refund!!

AVOID! SCAM COMPANY. take your money then don't send the goods. No order number provided upon payment. Repeatedly fobbed off with copy and pasted emails saying there are delays due higher than normal order volumes and acceptable delivery time frames. Over a month is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Today is May 20, 2026 and on March 26, 2026 I ordered a pair of HOKA shoes. I still have not received them. After waiting 4 weeks for the shoes I emailed customer service and received a reply on May 12 stating the shoe order was not processed and did I want a new shipment or a refund? I emailed back and requested a refund. Then, they emailed me again on May 14 stating the item had cleared customs and that I would receive in 7 - 10 days. I emailed back still asking for a refund but they denied it and they said since the shoes are in transit, I will have to follow the refund request criteria after I receive them. Word of advice, DO NOT ORDER from this company if you actually need something. If you can wait months for your purchase, maybe you will get it.....maybe not, I still am waiting for my walking shoes.

No products actually exist. I (stupidly) ordered a pair of shoes which were never dispatched. After multiple emails back and forth (they do actually reply), I still have no product or refund. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.
