I ordered my khadlaj island 100ml for only about 22-27 euros and added tax is 33€ but its so worth it because a normal one is €33 euros alone without shipping tax so the price is amazing and when it arrived it wasnt fake it was just like the real one and smelt amazing and it didnt even take long to deliver I recommend

Deelox return is a joke…
I have returned an order to Deloox 5/2-2026 and the return label bought through Deloox sents it to Malmö where I can track it has been delivered 10/2-2026. After a couple of days I contact deelox which then inform me that this was only a middle stop before going to Netherlands for the full return, but the rest of the way you can’t track it and they inform it can take up to 3 WEEKS to go from Malmö to Netherlands.. And then it will be processed! What a joke, I have never experienced such a slow and complex return method! Wonder if I ever will get the refund…
Happy costumer until now, but the return process will definitely make me choose other sites shopping from now on

EDIT: Now 3 weeks have gone and still nothing. What a joke.

I recently purchased a Diptyque perfume, as they had an amazing offer at the time. They have a really good selection, including a great range of niche perfumes at very affordable prices. It’s not always easy to find niche fragrances at discounted rates, so that was a big plus for me.
The delivery time was quick and acceptable. My order arrived without any issues. I also found their website very easy to use which made the shopping experience hassle free.
Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will be purchasing again.

I had a problem with a product i ordered, so i contacted customer service. I was helped by a friendly employee. They immediately tried their best to help me and within a day i was told they will be sending me a new product, and i'd get to keep my original one. Really fast and hood service, recommend!

I ordered Armani Code Elixir. The product arrived sealed, original (batch code verified) and even earlier than the estimated delivery date. The price was much better than in local stores. Very good first experience, I will definitely order again.

Avoid! I won't be ordering from them again. If everything goes well with your order that's great, but if issues occur they are horrendous to deal with. I ordered around Black Friday, no rush for delivery was required but after two weeks i started to enquire re their tracking. Customer Services were unable to help and one person in particular would not engage at all. They simply said they needed to start and investigation with the courier GLS. When i told them i spoke with GLS. The box had arrived empty with GLS, but when i relayed this to Deloox they still told me they had to undertake an investigation. I just wanted a refund at this stage so i could buy something else pre-Christmas. But they just blanked me and had me fill out forms for the investigation with GLS. So basically their courier problem becomes your problem and your poor experience. In the end i just had to wait until 5th January when they said they would process the refund and offer some token 10% coupon code. Horrendous experience as mentioned, would be careful about using them becuase of this experience. If Deloox have an issue with their couriers they should not be letting the customer be affected by this.

I have bought many perfumes from Deloox and I absolutely LOVE them!!! Such a fantastic range and super quick shipping. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.♥️
