6 months in and I really love this Della 42 inch tower fan
I really love this Della 42 inch tower fan with the remote control. I’ve had it now for six months and have found no problems with the product whatsoever.The number of speed settings oscillating everything about it is just fantastic and being disabled the remote makes it really handy! I can do anything with the remote that you can do at the fan controls. I would recommend this for anybody especially somebody that’s disabled, and can’t get around too well.

Customer Service was exceptional. Fernando V handled my issue with my Della portable ac. Although only 7 months old it developed a compressor failure. When I reached out I was connected to Fernando. He was polite, very pleasant and professional. Walked me through the steps and assured me of a complete refund. I was astounded with how easy he made the issue of the AC failure. No hassle, no problems just excellent customer service. This company is very lucky to have Fernando V working for them

Della Minisplits for THE WIN!!
I spent a couple weeks deep diving mini split heat pumps after getting bids for 15-18k to install a traditional system in my barn (central Ohio). After I had determined that a mini split hyper heat pump was definitely the way to go .. I spent another few days reading everything I could on which brand to go with. In the end I decided to go with Della. I am SO glad I did. I started with (2) 12k 2SEER24 units. The install - pretty straight forward (get a lineset bending kit for 30$ .. the red green blue yellow inserts) … the unit looks and functions flawlessly .. the app is perfect!! Got it linked up to Alexa in no time for easy voice control. I could go on about how much I love these mini splits. The electric heat I had previously been using was so expensive and inefficient to run and took manual controls. But here’s what really got me … after a couple weeks of use I discovered I had a slight hardware issue on one of the units most likely due to install. I called the number on the Della air handler unit .. not really expecting much help .. but the phone rang once and a real person answered. Hector worked though the issue with me .. asked me to respond to his email with a breakdown and photos of the issue .. and then told me he would get back to me within a day. He replied that evening saying Della was sending a replacement part at no cost to me. I was truly blown away by the entire customer service aspect of this company. That goes a LONG way in 2026. I cannot more highly recommend Della!! Thank you Hector - thank you Della! You guys have my business for life! Ordering our 3rd unit this weekend!

So I’m not really the type of person to leave a review for anything, this is actually my first. I recently had an issue with my mini split ( no fault of Della, my outside unit froze up due to a recent snow storm and I didn’t shovel out around it, after realizing that it was under 3 feet of snow I shoveled around it and saw that the unit was completely full of ice, I decided to put a torpedo heater near it and thaw it out unfortunately I didn’t pay attention and melted the fan blade.) so I went on their website and ordered a new fan blade and spare motor just in case the motor was bad after all my mistakes, I received my order promptly, unfortunately the order was incorrect, the motor was correct but the fan blade was actually another motor, so I didn’t receive the fan blade, I emailed them to notify them that my order was incorrect, and called and left a message, the next day I received a call and was asked to send pictures of what I received because on their website it showed the correct part and what I received wasn’t it, I spoke with Lizzie and she said she would talk to the tech department and get back to me, surprisingly she responded quickly and notified me that there was an incorrect listing on their website and that they would ship me out the correct part that day, not only did they ship it at no cost to me they didn’t even charge me for the correct part, and said to keep the incorrect parts for my inconvenience, then I got an email that they were refunding me my entire original purchase, this company and especially Lizzie have renewed my faith in humanity and dealing with online ordering, not because they gave me something for free, simply because they stand behind what they sell, admitted that they made a mistake on their listing, returned all messages and phone calls, and were completely courteous and respectful throughout my entire experience with them, way to support your customers, I will never buy anything that they offer from anywhere else. I want to recognize Fernando Vasquez from Della Support for truly saving the day. Before doing so, I’d like to provide some context.
I previously purchased no name mini split systems from eBay, and in just over a year they began to fail. Determined not to repeat that mistake, I thoroughly researched mini split manufacturers with strong reviews for both hardware quality and customer support. During my research, I came across Della.
Fast forward to 2025: I purchased three Della units, all of which worked perfectly. However, during a recent cold spell here in Florida, one of the units failed to produce heat. It took a bit of navigating through Della’s support channels, but I eventually connected with Fernando.
He took the time to listen carefully and acknowledge all the troubleshooting steps I had already taken to confirm the unit was defective. After reviewing everything, he fully covered the unit—something I am extremely grateful for.
I chose Della specifically for the assurance of quality support if I ever needed it, and that turned out to be the best decision I could have made.

There was an issue with the original order where the accounting department canceled the order.
Joey was able to resolve the pricing issue quickly and was so join ensuring the second order was processed!
Additionally the was an incorrect zip code on our order and it was being shipped far from our house.
Lizzie went above and beyond to quickly update the correct address with the shipper and get the shipment back on track
