Absolutely first class

Absolutely first class. Delivered a donor car to repair my old banger. Collected the donor car from a slightly nervous seller and reassured him very professionally. The car was delivered late but that was because of the dreadful state of the M6 and I was kept updated at all times. Well recommended

Second time using delivermymotor in the last two years and both times has been great the website seems to be improved from last time I used it.
highly recommended if you need a car delivering I have used two different transporters each time and always had a safe delivery

Don’t ever use this company Paul the…

Don’t ever use this company Paul the owner is very rude I called him up because I was having problems with the site about my membership what I had paid £30. When he answered the phone he started shouting and swearing at me that’s not the way u do business at all I highly recommend nobody uses this site

Rachel was excellent bringing my new…

Rachel was excellent bringing my new bmw from Cornwall up to scotland. The website was simple to use and an easy booking process once I accepted the quote rachel kept in constant contact and arrange to bring my new car up the next day.
Pretty neat website for when you don't want to travel half way around the country to fetch your car!

Check dates on transporters quotes BEFORE booking

Booked a collection, transporter decided he couldn't then do it within the time frame requested. Collection was cancelled. Refund of the deposit paid was issued by delivermymotor within a few days.
Check dates with the transporters before booking.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Took my deposit and then didn’t turn up to collect my vehicle. Nor the next day. Nor the next etc
Cannot be contacted by text. Don’t answer their phone.
It’s meant that I have incurred a lot of costs as storage costs for my car and a lot of frustration.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

No response to emails or a refund

No response to emails or help after being let down by the transporter I booked. Had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card to force a refund.
Dont use this service its likely a con.

As a transport provider for the website i can say its been easy to use and has a constant supply of jobs to quote for daily. A great website to connect people wanting to move cars and vans with transport providers.

One of the very best.

I’ve been with DMM more or less since the beginning and I can honestly say as a transporter the jobs are great, and the customer service experience is first class compared to other companies in this sector.

Honest review based on newbie trying to…

First part then best part - Honest review based on newbie trying to work with them as a driver !!

I opened account had trouble loading documents with no contact email to message them with issue - emails not going through

Licence finely uploaded after multiple attempts was verified within few hours

Uploaded my GIT cover been sat 5 days and still pending loosing potential work as jobs without badges gets you nowhere

So did one thing to try to get attention I uploaded a photo of my Truck in the far distance , baring in mind a business which you could see parts of my vehicle graphics “ the don’t allow any such thing “

Low and behold account suspended !!!
Reason, “ profile banner can be seen with logos “

Funny they noticed and acted on this immediately but not to check my insurance and get me on board with them!

Let’s see how quick they reply to this !!

Contact made, still no idea why emails not going through but can’t blame anyone for that,

Account back to normal just awaiting insurance to be validated they like to make sure your have the correct road insurance and not just GIT

Paul is very similar to me in getting things sorted back and forth Instant replies

5stars for the customer service as it should be no faff

Awful, bunch of cowboys

Awful service, driver continually coming up with excuses as to why he was late (missed trains etc) he was meant to have the van delivered on the Friday afternoon - 9th may, (he was booked on 7th to collect from Swansea and deliver to Livingston). He said he'd pick up on 8th and have it with me on the Friday. Told me he'd keep me updated every step of the way. I'd heard nothing from him and he hadn't contacted the seller on the 8th so I chased him up and he told me he'd missed his train and was getting a later one. Hours went by with no update so I called again - he's decided he was going to go on the Friday morning - apparently getting a friend to give him a lift (from Leeds!!) again had to chase him on the Friday - he seemed surprised at the amount of traffic on a Friday on the main motorway routes 🤦didn't even arrive til late afternoon (around 3.30) on the Friday. Then proceeded to drive home to Leeds for a few hours to 'have a shower and change of clothes' and left there after midnight, arriving in Livingston at 7.30am the day after it was meant to be delivered. He was messaging me at 1am to say the van had gone into limp mode, told me when he arrived there was smoke coming from the engine into cab etc. he had told me that he'd put oil in before leaving - upon mechanic checking the van when it arrived it transpired that the smoke coming from engine bay was because the oil cap had not been put on properly, sure enough when it was tightened there was no problem. When he arrived I was so stressed and fed up with the situation I just wanted him to leave - he took £50 off the fuel to be paid, I don't think that was sufficient (especially since he added extra to the trip to go home in-between pick up and drop off.....), but I didn't want to deal with him anymore so paid and decided is leave a review and follow up with the company. On top of all this, I received a Speeding ticket for him the following week. I had issues trying to leave a review and contacted the company, their replies weren't particularly helpful and I'd been unable to leave a review on the site. I requested A refund of their fee as I'd booked the driver through them and the service was terrible. They had no interest in my complaint and told me that I'd had the service so wouldn't be getting any refunds - The way they've responded to my emails has been unprofessional at best. When I had no response to my initial email, I emailed again requesting a refund of their fee due to the issues I'd experienced, and their response was:

" No complaint has been made, the job is marked completed, you are demanding a refund for what reason?

Was the job completed? And if not please provide an explanation, you are welcome to report to whomever you like you have provided next to no background to even raise a complaint."

I replied to this clarifying what the issues were and the response was "The job was completed which is what the payment is for and there is no reason to refund a completed job. You would not go to a store purchase all your items keep them and demand a refund, your request is unethical".

Avoid at all costs, unless you want Frank Spencer delivering your vehicle. It's put me off every using a transport service again

I can't complement this company highly enough.
The driver was polite and fully explained the procedure.
Everything was carried out efficiently and I was kept informed of progress.
Totally satisfied.

The Absolute WORST company

The Absolute WORST company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scammed out of money! They even create fake profiles to leave bad reviews under your business if you tell them you've had a bad experience. The worst mistake they could have made.
