worst service

worst service. no customer support. likely to be a scam. still waiting for a response after two weeks. How can they be so incompetent. Not sure all the positive reviews are real. I had items from kream , doesnt take much brain to order . what a joke.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Trying to charge me $350 postage to UK for $200 worth of clothing. Refuse to refund items nor consolidate them. Use other platforms I was trailing a few and these are by far the worst I have ever used. Scammers.

Worst service

No response, never replied to emails or the customer service center.
I placed two orders from Global Bunjiang, and after 12 days they are still in domestic shipping status (they never arrived at the warehouse)(seller shipped the items in 3 days)
Should have read the reviews before placing the order.

Best to avoid them

Best to avoid them, they have zero services, nobody response chat and no email. So when issues come, u can only wait n wait n wait..

Great so far!

I only had a little hic-up with my first order but everything after that has been great, the customer service is fairly quick and they do have great deals often.

It's by far the proxy I use the most for korean orders.

Great Bunjang Service

DeliveredKorea provides a great service for proxy buying. The integration with Bunjang is great and allows you to easily search and purchase items.

Unprofessional, terrible communication

Delivered Korea makes it easy to buy things from Korea that I would usually have a lot of trouble with. I was able to purchase merch from various places (e.g. Bunjang, Weverse, Ktown4u, DK Shop etc.) and consolidate all my parcels at their warehouse to save on international shipping costs. The shipping may still be a little pricey but it's still much cheaper than shipping everything direct to me from each site (and for places like Bunjang, I had Delivered Korea place the order for me and communicate with the sellers).

I recommend using their services if you are buying from multiple stores or need a proxy for sites that require a Korean ID to sign up. Just be sure to read up on all the fees involved first!

Update: They are super slow at doing everything. It takes so long for them to place Bunjang orders (so you'll likely get many canceled orders), respond to questions/customer support, complete the optional requests and consolidation. Now they've put my package on hold without explanation and it's been 12 days and I'm still waiting for an update. I don't think I will use their services much tbh after this experience, unless they have the free handling and discounted shipping campaigns that makes it worth choosing them over the other k-addys I've tried, despite all the issues and long waiting times (as long as it doesn't go over the 45 days free storage period) 😟

Update 2: I'm bringing the rating down to 1 star. Despite contacting them multiple times via the customer support chat, on Instagram and through Email, I still haven't received a single response after 2 weeks. I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy with them and will never use them again. I just want a reply and my package but at this rate I don't think I'll ever get it.

Update 3: After chasing them endlessly, their Instagram social media manager was the one that helped me out and urged them to ship my package. There was nothing wrong with it, it was just held for weeks for no reason and I finally received my package soon after. They did compensate me with DK credits later on but it was a very stressful experience and I will be very hesitant to use them again.

The buying service is convenient and…

The buying service is convenient and reliable.
They do respond fairly quickly to buy requests. I do like the fact they have multiple options for delivery so you can choose a cheaper one if you don’t mind waiting longer.
However the commission and shipping costs could be made clearer up front as it’s not easy to find this information until you reach the payment page.

The worst company that i know in all my life avoid it if you can

The service is terrible; I absolutely do not recommend it. I bought a vinyl record and a CD and then consolidated my order based on misleading advertising that claimed shipping was cheaper when packages were combined. It turned out that wasn't the case, and I had to send my package to another country to avoid the exorbitant shipping costs. When it arrived in the destination country, it turned out they wouldn't deliver it, and no one wanted to take responsibility. After so much trouble, I decided to return it and send it again to my address in the USA, but now they're telling me I have to pay for the outrageously expensive shipping to the USA, the return shipping, and any taxes and duties in Korea. This was outrageous on the part of this company, so I told them to just throw the package away. And now I have to pay for that too! The customer service was beyond awful, and I told them to do whatever they wanted with the package because I wasn't going to pay another cent for something I didn't even receive and for which I also had to pay for shipping. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company; it's the worst. If you want to lose your money, go ahead, but I I lost over $100 on something I never received

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! They hide the fact that they do not cover tax duties!!!!! (Every company covers them except them, so how are we supposed to know?) it is a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY I was robbed of 39$ for a simple shirt which was only 19$ at the beginning! Do NOT buy here the shipping prices are absolutely out of this world and they calculate them AFTER you bought your stuff on bunjang so you CANT get a refund at this point. Like why does every company authorizes returns but not them??? They ask 17$ shipping for a small cotton shirt!! Can you believe that?? Plus when the postman delivered my product he told me I had to PAY AGAIN tax fees which DK did not explicitly warn for unaware customers, they said I had to pay 14$ more!!!! It’s totally crazy!!!! I did not get the package (who is gonna pay 53$ for a shirt????) and now they don’t even want to refund the 17$ even though the package is RETURNING BACK to them. This is such a scam!!! And their customer service is CRAP you feel like talking to a robot not a human. Worst company every! They do NOT care about their customers all they want is MONEY! I’m thankful I only order a shirt and not something more expensive or else they would have seriously robbed my money like other customer reviews!

Easy to use website and wonderful…

Easy to use website and wonderful customer care. I’ve used this site for about a year and I still beat myself up for not discovering it sooner; shipping is easily affordable with many options as to what mail carrier you want to use. Extremely helpful when it comes to accidental purchases of prohibited items and quick turn around when requesting photo options.

now they don't reply you through email, all taken over by AI chat that takes days to reply. isn't chat is reply asap but it takes 2 to 3 days to reply. We have many missing parcels that is not added into the account, manual adding it error with duplicated. ask their chat take 3 days to reply.
