Deliver back was incredible

Deliver back was incredible! They made the recovery of my iPad I left at the Athens airport security so simple. They responded quickly, kept me informed of the process and the cost was very reasonable.

Efficient

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional delivery service from Deliverback for an overseas shipment of a lost item, and I couldn't be more impressed. Despite the initial setback of the item going missing, the efficiency and professionalism displayed by the Deliverback team truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you your exceptional service and dedication to your customers' needs.

I left my phone and glasses in kos…

I left my phone and glasses in kos airport back in June 2023
I called the airport police who confirmed they had the items but was told I needed to contact deliverback which I did. I paid the money for them to deliver my items back to me in the UK
In November they confirmed that the courier had lost the items and would get me compensation.
I sent my bank details to them and was promised it would be in my bank in a few days.
It is now March 24 and I still haven’t received it I have emailed over 13 times ( which many were not replied to)and made numerous phone calls (at my expense) and just get false promises.
It has given me much stress as we all know what it is like not to have a phone plus it has all my personal details on it.
It has cost me over £1000 to buy a new phone and deliverback don’t care.
