We didn't end up keeping the gem as it wasn't the right size, but the customer service Sasha gave us was next to none!! The gem we received too was STUNNING. We were so bummed it didn't fit, and will definitely be returning to her store to *hopefully* find the right one. Really trust her quality!

I would highly recommend Deliqa gems to anyone looking for natural sapphires that are unique and carefully curated. Sasha was extremely helpful and very thorough during the whole process while I was searching for a center stone for my fiancées engagement ring. She provided very detailed pictures and videos on the particular sapphire i was interested in and was able to address any potential concerns I had. I was nervous buying international but it was nothing the be stressed about, the gem showed up quickly and securely packaged. The gem looked even better in person than I imagined. Sasha was a pleasure to deal with for the entire process.

Beautiful Stone & Excellent Service. I had many questions before purchasing and they were very kind and helpful. Ordering a stone from so far away was a bit concerning but I was sent lots of images and videos and reassured I could always send it back if it wasn't perfect. My partner and I purchased a beautiful 1.93ct unheated blue Ceylon Sapphire and had our engagement ring made through Deliqa Gems. Sasha did an amazing job and the final product is gorgeous. Communication was excellent, allowing me to be present during the choosing of the sapphire, and give some indication as to what I wanted, but finalizing the design with my partner so the final outcome was still a surprise.
