Beware of this company, ordered Doll make up on June 4 th and it is over a month later and still no shipping on it. I have contacted them twice with a response that they have contacted the shipper to update the info which I do not believe. If I knew this was an overseas company I would have never ordered. Beware before placing an order with them!!

I purchased the "Mushroom Kingdom Dungeons and Dragons Dice Set." The product does not match the pictures shown on the website. In the photos, the dice had flush sides, which would allow them to be rolled properly, but the product I received had numbers that were raised above the surfaces, which makes it impossible for them to settle like dice should. And customer service has refuses to refund me for my purchase. It seems like this is all a big scam. BEWARE of making ANY purchases from this company.

Be very careful! I ordered the Forever Bloom 4-1 color mimicking foundation and ended up with an item that has NO name and is definitely NOT from Forever Bloom! I don't know how they get away with it, but I was ripped off big time!

Order those smart sensor lights from them never got them they said they were delivered the tracking number they had doesn't mess with anything the Postal Service would even have so I don't know whose lying on this one but I never got what I paid for and try to go through PayPal but they said it was too late don't figure it out cuz they were supposed to be here January 28th and I never got them at this address

If I could give it a negative zero I would. I wish I would have seen this before making a purchase to this lack of integrity company. My order was definately a knockoff of an original product and had bad grammar and made no sense on the positive affirmation cards. They asked for pictures which I sent and they said they dont see anything wrong with them and to give them away to someone if I dont want them. So I apparently will not be getting refunded even though I asked how I could retun them. I guess at this point I am worried about a breach on my credit card and now have to look out for fraudulent charges. So sad there are crooks in this world

Ordered the elephant ornaments(5 of them) on December 5th. Today is January 30th- still waiting- tracking says they’re sitting in Chicago since Jan 3rd! Not to mention they charged me incorrectly.
Horrible company, buyer beware.

I ordered a product on January 12th 2025. I have not received an email or any update from the company about my product.

I wish I had checked this website before ordering! I ordered Sisterhood Ornaments. Like other reviewers, the order did take MUCH longer than expected! When it did arrive I was very disappointed to realize that 'assembly was required' ~ It did come with a bead, jute, bag but had to be assembled. I had ordered several for friends, what a pain!
Won't be ordering again!

Ordered a product on Jan 10. By Jan 21, not one word or acknowledgment of the order. I have no idea if it's coming, not coming, or I have been scammed.

Reading the reviews sounds exactly like my experience. I ordered friendship Ornaments mid December and still don't have them. Tracking number has no movement, details,location, etc. No estimated delivery date either. Customer service just says "please wait." I escalated to a PayPal dispute. It's sad that Facebook allows these scammers on their website.

If I could not have to give them 0 stars, I would. Ordered, and up to the point of submitting the order, it showed I would be billed in CDN. Wrong. Billed as USD, and they added an charge not shown as I was checking out. Upon trying to contact the company to tell them this and wanting to cancel, I couldn't. NO response to email. No ability to track the fictitious order number they provided. Email bounced back - hence never heard back from anyone about cancelling.
A friend suggested PAYPAL which I used to pay. Upon their connection to the company (operating as COOLLSLLYs Co.Ltd) - they responded. First, said there was no error. Then apologized for a 'system' error for the 'extra charge', and tried to offer a refund. I DECLINED. After finally receiving the 3 items, 1 was damaged. They finally said "return it, pay shipping and you'll get your refund".
Yet shipping will exceed the cost of the item itself.
SO frustrating.
Pay pay offers purchased protection on the item itself, not the transaction costs, and subsequently, will be closed - and forced to deal with my Credit Card company.
Don't deal with this "Delicaten' company.

I ordered small ornaments on Deember 5th thinking surely I will receive them by the 25th. I was wrong! I did not receive them until January 3rd when Christmas was well over. Customer service kept tell me to wait-they were coming. I will never order from them again.

I ordered Christmas ornaments weeks ago. I still have not received them. They overcharged me and I had to message them and ask why. They did credit my account, but if I had not caught their mistake, I’m not sure they would have.

The ornaments are actually being shipped from China, The updates are few.

I email and have to wait days to get a response.

I would advise everyone to not order from this company. Dave yourself the stress!

I ordered the sister ornament. I saw the ad on Facebook. I will never order that way again! The tracking said it was delivered on 11/24/24. I never received it. I told them so and all I'm getting in return is that it was delivered. I said I wanted my money back and am not getting a response. TOTAL SCAM!!

Ordered a mummy outhouse on September 4, 2024 for halloween through Instagram. Was supposed to talk and move. Kept emailing them for updates and when I threatened to report them they said it suddenly had shipped. Received a non-operating ceramic toy on November 6th. Emailed them and they said to send pics (ridiculous). I did. No response. Emailed back and they said they could not refund. Total scam. Talking to my bank about a refund...I guess Instagram does not vet these places.

They got me. Ordered "Friendship Elephants" and keep getting "tracking" numbers that lead to nothing. Working with Paypal to get my $48 back. Instagram pushed their ad hard.

I received an empty box, no items or receipt. They will not replace or refund. Bad customer service. Trying to get PayPal to refund my payment.

Complete scam. Invoice showed $31, I was charged $38. I emailed them within an hour of placing the order and seeing the charge and told them I wanted the order cancelled. They claimed the overcharge was an "error" and refunded me the difference. I replied that I wanted the order cancelled. It was not, and five days later the order shipped, telling me I was too late to cancel. Since then I've discovered they play this 'error' all the time and clearly rely on folks not checking their accounts. I received the item and it's absolute junk. I've disputed with my credit card company and will follow up with the BBB.

This is a SCAM website.. Ordered the Big Lots outhouse mummy thing off instagram ad, showed up as a metal outhouse shell, the mummy on a spring inside NO electronics/speaker/place for a battery etc. Someone is literally overseas making metal outhouses like the actual toy and just sending them taking your money. This is how the scam works.. They spam social media with ads.. you go the site.. You order the product they send you a chinese garbage fake.. they have a middleman company in Chicago which sends you the product when it comes into the USA. Their customer service email isn't delicaten, its some fake email.. They offer a $3-$4 refund.. If you dispute the charge on paypal for the purchase.. they say they will refund the full amount upon return of the product.. the catch? They want the product returned to CHINA, NOT CHICAGO. It costs $150-200 to ship the product back to China and if you ordered multiple the amount is higher so you lose money sending it back. These sellers are also on Walmart.com and Amazon.com

** EDIT After speaking to Paypal on the phone Paypal gave me a credit of the charge and they are investigating the paypal account linked to payment on the website.

I ordered a toy outhouse for my granddaughter back in Sept. It came today 11/8/24 it doesn't operate. Just the outhouse shell. I will never do business with this company. Sorry company.
