I need to get better at reviewing these organisations before paying my hard earned $$$.
I ordered paid for an item....was sent the wrong item, and their resolution is a $4 CREDIT.

This is a scam site goods faulty didn’t refund offered 3 dollars would not respond to refund or let me return custouservice no existent sent video as requested just kept on ignoring

The moral of the story here be vigilant on instagram against adverts designed to brain wash you into buying. Completely fictitious advert running on Instagram about a WIFI dongle, designed to make you think something the product is not. No refund. You just have to write it off and let others know. £40 down the drain.

If there was a negative star I would give it. I ordered the WiFi device which the say just turn on and use. Works anywhere. It is not true. You need a SIM card which you have to buy then continue paying for. I tried returning it and they won’t provide a label for return and offered $2 for it. Why would I give away almost $50 for something that was not working as advertised. Lies. They are THIEVES!!!!!!

They sent me a defective product that paid over $30 for and would not send ma a free shipping label to return it. They offered me $2 to keep it and it is definitely a company that scams people.

Giving this company a one star as zero option not available. Absolutely conned into buying 2 small floor paint containers. Be lucky to paint a slab never mind what the coverage they said it would. Don't go near them.

I can't even with this company. I bought something from them of TIk TOK and I wish I had known their reviews first. The product is defective and they will not issue a refund. Scam if you ask me. They offered a $12 refund which is nothing close to the $88 I paid.

I ordered a product from this company and it was not as advertised, I have been messaging them for weeks and they refuse to send me info on how to return it, but offer me $6.00 dollars for my trouble. I would not buy anything from this company ever again!!!

I put one star because i can‘t put none.. absolutely negligent,I never received my product but a “refund” if you can it so call (is told,still didn’t become it). They can’t speak with the customers properly. Very disappointed ☹️

This company is as faulty as their products. I only wish I had read the reviews before I got sucked into buying anything from them. Don't ask for a refund, because you won't get one.

At least y’all got your shit gadget, they are still telling me without evidence that it was delivered, they told me to go to the post office, why would I go there if it’s delivered. I went anyway and they had nothing. Don’t waste your time and money on this shit place. I had to put one star to write this but it would definitely be zero.

Faulty product, do not buy from this company, i told them the product was faulty, they said return it and even though i paid US$48 they wanted the product returned and the best they can refund me is only US$6.00

I ordered a micro shaver and with the first use the top part came off and I couldn’t put it back together. Totally useless gadget. Looks very flimsy.

but they wanted to give me a $2 refund.

If there was a minus these people would have got it !! The Eternity Ring Shaver is a total scam !! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING THIS CRAP OFF TIC TOK !! It doesn’t work at all and I doubt they will send me my refund ? The one on the video is not the product they send you !! It’s a smaller piece of worthlessness and I bought these as xmas presents how embarrassing !! Never buy anything on tic tok EVER ! I bought glasses from this site recently and they are not what they were advertised at all. They were supposed to be multifocal but they are just simple glasses for reading. They did not refund me. Scam.

Scam. I ordered a permanent light for outdoor presented on tik tok and i received another chip lights. I paid 28 pounds for 10 pounds product. Now, the communication with the company is very hard and i did not receive money back and the adress where i can send back the item.
