This is what happened to my new oven. I have informed them that it’s important and expensive. I have no idea how they placed it. But it’s scratched all over, like someone took 10 knives. Now 670 dirham just gone. Plus 200 dirham that they charged me for this extremely bad service

We booked a car on 3 of April 2025 for 1 month with option NO deposit !

So, what’s went wrong :

1. The car never arrived at our location
2. For the payment they started to ask PHOTOS of my credit card ( I think I to report them to police as a scammers )
3. After they changed the price and asked us to pay deposit 1k

And when we raced all these issues, they didn’t try to fix it, when we asked to get a proper call from customer support, they refused as well🤦🏻‍♀️ didn’t get my money back for the booking the car !

My question is “why did your write on your website customer support 24/7” “why u open this business if you simple don’t care about your customers?”

Yango! Disaster company. No safety. No customer service. The rider get away with my order. Inka rider paise aur parcel leker bhaag gya. Aur yango wale ismai koi help nai kr rhe. Such a pathetic company. Zero safety. Dont use it

I tried emailing, chat support and trying to connect on call as well. Nothing good happened till now. Again they are asking to email. I have experienced same thing with indrive within 4 hours mera case resolve hua tha. Rider ne call kar k sorry tk bola tha. And here. pathetic.

Very complicated app with many taxis on top of each other on the map but not taking the ride
Inexistent support
Was charged twice the support answer was checked with your bank and stopped answering my messages
I will not be using them again

The service works disgustingly. Multiple attempts to order a taxi. Drivers do not arrive, but at the same time include a paid wait, supposedly they are already there. And this happens en masse.
Either Yangou has problems with geolocation, or drivers are massively using holes in the system.
Money wasted, time wasted, waiting in the wild heat.

I recently had a terrible experience with Yango in Dubai, and I feel compelled to warn others. I booked a rental car, but the owner cancelled after adding extra fees and insisting on a credit card, even though I only had a debit card. I made the payment through Yango’s website, yet they refuse to issue a refund, claiming it’s not their responsibility.

I have all the screenshots to prove what happened, but Yango has been stalling and offering nothing but empty apologies. I had 48 hours to cancel without fees, but instead of resolving the issue, they keep making excuses. This isn’t just about the money—it’s about being scammed and the lack of accountability.

If you’re thinking of using Yango, be warned—you could end up frustrated and without a refund. I’ll be sharing my experience on every platform and filing a complaint with Dubai police.

This is the first time in my entire time using any app to call a ride that I've had such a bad experience that leaving any star is not worth it, a driver by the name Abdul Rasheed Khan along with Car details gray Mitsubishi eK Wagon BLG143 cursed at us and kept saying dirty words to my mum, when he couldn't do much, he tried robbing a 1000 from us, and when I contacted their support member from their app, all he did was apologize and said that we will make sure he does not show up for your future rides, however l, today it was me, my mum and sister tomorrow it can be someone else's.

Awful experience with yango. Totally scam.
Pathetic cars and drivers.

So far I've been fortunate with Yango. The only thing is that the drivers should be able to see the drop off destination and the fare before they arrive to the pickup location. It's bothersome that every time I requested for a ride they pickup the line and then ask you for your destination and what is the cost and if it's not working for them then they apologize and you to cancel the ride

I had taken my ride from Al Riqah UAE to Fridge Mural.
First driver took 10 minutes to come down as it was busy time in uae and a weekend.
Came and he took me to my destination at the end I have asked I'll pay my card. He took out the machine charge one time machine shows network error all He did that 4 times and came same messages. He is your card is declining I said it's a debit card not a credit card. Said sorry you need to pay cash. So I paid cash.
As am off the car bank messages came you have been charged 4 times 36Aed which is 144Aed from card and ended up paying 180 Aed For just 36Aed trip.
Still contacting their customers service is pathetic . Don't use this they are total scam.

I have been using Yango Taxi in Finland for over a year. They are the only affordable taxi service in Finland but also very unsafe.
In pretty much every ride the driver starts to flirt or demands we go on a date. It is incredibly uncomfortable. I had one time where the driver followed me to my door and tried to touch me.
Another time a driver did not let me leave the car and insisted I will join him on his vacation and that we can have a good time. I had to beg him to finally drive me to my destination and open the door. This was done both by the foreign drivers as well as the finnish drivers. This company is NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN!!!

Besides that they are often really late or accept drives but then they just drive to the other side of town and leave you waiting without ever showing up which you then have to cancel and wait again for a new driver. It's such a pain using them.

Yango Ride services are not good, not safe, drivers leave on you road and can even hit you depend on his mood. This is not safe for women especially. YANGO driver has misbehaved with me and has also taken my 500 rupees and has not returned it to me. He took my money and ran away and he is hitting me also. I told Yango but Yango did not take any action against the driver they do just warning wow

I would like to write some review regarding your service Service is very bad and your drivers and their cars are not good at all And your driver's attitude is also not good with people We were going to a wedding recently The driver of a Mehran car was found The condition of the car was so bad The most telling thing that happened here was that it ran out of fuel after going over the motorway.it was very dangerous. If an accident had happened there, who would have been responsible? And when I talked to the driver, why did this happen, Instead of making up for his mistake, he started fighting and arguing with me. And now I request you to at least check the looking of the vehicle and the attitude of the driver while hiring anyone. If such drivers keep working with you, then very soon your service will also stop and people will also suffer losses.

Indrive is better and fast then this yango

Driver picked someone else and I got charged! Fuxking scam taxi app!

Yango might be affordable but to be driven in a dirty and smelly car is definitely not it even being picked up while drivers kids are in the car. People might be hustling but atleast look at the types of cars that you accept to make use of this app. Will definitely delete the app cause of this one experience

horrible company corrupted with greed paying enough but they are horrible

We 3 girls were out in Oslo and booked a Yango. The Yango driver wanted to renegotiate the booked price and when we showed them the booking confirmation we were asked to exit the Yango and the driver cancelled the reservation. We refused the vehicle because we wanted to reach and discuss the matter with the customer service. The Yango drove with us in the car and was abusive and tried to hijack us. The driver would not stop the car and made us 3 girls very unsafe and frightened for our life. Finally we got some help from another taxi driver who witnessed the entire episode.

Yango is unsafe and should not be allowed on Oslo streets.

No one should use Yango.

Yango is refusing to deal with a driver who refused to give me a ride I ordered with them because I dress as a woman. They will not tell me what and how they will deal with the driver . The driver refused me and kept telling me that he will not drive me . He fully refused me!. Would not open the window even to answer . Just totally refused. I asked Yango to tell me how will the deal with the driver after they will speak to him and they say it is privet.
