Ordered a school bag from them and when I received the order I noticed there was a huge hole running along side the bag. I reached out to them multiple times seeking a refund, no response.
Ordered an over 10 days ago…still no email saying they sent it….I’ve reach out and they are ignoring my calls and emails…..
Bought a hoodie from this company that wasn't true to size. Contacted their support and they had me send the hoodie back but never heard from them again, never got my hoodie back nor a refund or any other response when I tried contacting them a second and third time. So buyers beware. Looks like I'll have to write this one off as a loss and I most definitely will never purchase anything from this company again.
