Mostly worthwhile but room for improvement
Staff interactions were terrific at the store, on the telephone and when the initial measurements were taken. The delivery person was considerably less so. More than once he suggested that I hang the curtains myself. He came early which was a surprise. There was a bit of profanity which I didn't appreciate (even though it was in Dutch). Not as professional as other staff members. I was also surprised to see how much fabric was left over. I wish I had known the implications of my choices beforehand and might have made different decisions. All in all it worthwhile experience but room for improvement.

It is concerning to learn that the delivery experience fell short of your expectations. We hold ourselves to a high standard of professionalism and customer service, and it's disheartening to hear that you encountered difficulties with the delivery person. Rest assured, we take your feedback seriously and will address this matter with the utmost urgency to ensure it does not recur.
Regarding the surplus fabric and your wish for more information beforehand, we understand the importance of transparency in the decision-making process. We as a company decided to give the surplus fabric to our customers instead of taking it out of the packaging because our customers have asked us in the past for this fabric to for example make pillows that fit to the curtains. We are committed to providing our customers with comprehensive information and guidance to make informed choices. We apologize for any inconvenience this oversight may have caused and will explore ways to enhance our communication about the implications of fabric choices in the future.
