A truly beautiful and unique floor
We were looking for a unique floor for a space in our home that we call "The Brewery" where we intended to do things like press cider and make soap and harvest honey and dye yarn and maybe even slaughter the odd pig. We weren't going to do boring things in the room, so we didn't want a boring old concrete floor.
The floor turned out beyond our wildest imagination - more a work of art than we had even dreamed of. Plus, it's seamless and easy to clean. And it's so beautiful, that instead of using it as a multi-purpose room for all those things we thought we were going do out there, it has been converted to a weaving studio. I find I want to spend all my time there.
Not only is the floor gorgeous, it's this really amazing surface, it feels almost silky and soft to walk on (though it's not actually soft) - nothing like the concrete that's actually underneath the decorative metallic PU coating. I think it even improved the acoustics. It's our favorite room in our home now.
Deko Design's installer is more than just a craftsman, he's truly an artist and he did indeed give us an utterly unique floor that we love.
