Not even deserve 1 star!!! SCAM

Not even deserve 1 star!!!! I received email ask me to pay custom fee for delivery to NLwhich is not stated in their Dutch website at all!!!! Scam and now my order is stucked and I just refuse to pay when never say there is custom fee for purchase made from NL and delivery to NL. What is this scam????

Definitely not next day delivery

Order placed on the 24th of September (Supposed to be next day delivery), still haven't receive any tracking code or an email saying that my order is packed or even being delivered. When using the chatbot, to see what is the status of my order, I added the order number, and said my order doesn't even exist... Seems a bit untrustworthy.

Holes in the sheets

Very nice bed sheets, I ordered 2 and all of them came with holes in it, they were ripped.
Didn’t worth the money

Bad, horrible... (you name it) experience, I want a refund

Placed an order 1st of April, the website stated 2 to 4 weeks delivery time, the mattress was delivered after 4 weeks, and the bed frame was delivered after 7 weeks.

The mattress was delivered rolled and therefore it was damaged as it didn't restore it's original shape.
Reached out to the customer service asking for updates for the bed frame + duvet (lost with DHL) + replacing the bed. Their customer service is horrible in providing updates about all the items in the order, so I kept sending emails over and over to ask for updates.

After back and forth emails, a CS support did provide a detailed information about my order, I was told that they will replace the mattress and until this moment (5 June 2024) still not replaced.

The products are okay, but the experience with the delivery and customer support is HORRIBLE.

If you want to buy a mattress or bed frame from them, be prepared mentally to have everything sorted (maybe) after 8 to 10 weeks, insane!!!!

UPDATE 06-06-2024 (week 9):
I got a "fake sympathy response":
"Hello Mutaz,

How annoying that you haven't heard anything about the mattress exchange yet. I immediately requested the status of this from the correct department. This way we can check when this will be arranged for you. You will be contacted within a few working days with feedback.

company keeps overloading me with promo emails, i ordered there LONG ago 1 time, and i have removed myself from maling lists with them many times, but they keep SPAMMING

Never again.

Unfortunately, they don't even deserve a single star. I bought a bed from this company which I regret at this point.
Bed delived with more than 10 days delay.
When I decided to return the bed on the arrival day, they deducted the transport cost (50 Eur) and the assembly cost ( 50 Eur) which did not happen. I wrote several email asking to return the assembly cost . After keeping me waiting for 15 days, they informed me that they will not return the assembly cost even if it didn't happen.
I am extremely disappointed.

We are sorry to hear that the experience with our webshop isn't a good one, I tried to call you, but sadly you weren't able to pick up the phone. I took a look at the whole case and came to the following conclusion.

The order that you had placed couldn't be delivered because you did not check if the headboard of the boxspring could fit through the staircase. This is your responsibility due to the fact we cannot measure this beforehand.

Taking into account that in the description of our boxsprings, it says that the costs that you pay for assembly and delivery cannot be refunded after the placement of the order. This is because the supplier will not charge this money back because these costs are made.

Sadly, we cannot help you with this because it is all noted on the website, and you should have measured to make sure this would not happen.

I am wondering if this company exists

I am wondering if this company exists. I paid for duvets and pillows and was promised they would arrive next day and have not received anything. I thought my order did not come through and now I realized I mistakenly made a double order totaling about 1200 euro. There is nobody to talk with and no contact details … just a chatbot. I am moving house and need bedcovers!!!

It has been more than 6 weeks since i purchased by bed

I have been waiting for more than 6 weeks for my bed. I have not heard anything from dekbed on when the bed I purchased will be delivered. It is hard to get hold of customer service. I sent an email and have not received feedback on the estimated date of arrival. I am tired of waiting and at this point I would rather get my money back and go purchase it somewhere else. I thought by this time my rating would have changed from my previous one. But the lack of communication is killing me.. I actually feel like i am being scammed. It is like they are not even trying to reassure you that your order is in progress. It is just quiet.

The products are good and the price is…

The products are good and the price is always nice. I only wish there was a bigger color selection and that there were more options for bigger beds, such as sheets that can fit a 35cm mattress and more dekbeds that are 260x200/220. But so far we have managed. We are enjoying our free winter dekbed from the sale over Christmas.

Horrible smelly duvet, not as described.

I’m really not sure what to do anymore so I have to write here because I’m so upset and miserable with this expensive duvet.

It claims to be breathable and moisture regulating but that is not the case, in fact it is the opposite.

I always wake up drenched in sweat every night, and I have to change my beddings and pyjamas every single night. This thing traps moisture and is not breathable. It doesn’t matter if it’s the summer or winter duvet, the casing material is not breathable!

I also tried to ignore the bad smell when it first arrived because it comes from goose of course, but this is so upsetting considering I paid €409, it stinks like a dead bird - it’s embarrassing.

When I sleep with my old duvet, all is well, but when I switch to this one for you, it’s always a bad night.

I now hate going to bed because of all the hard work I have to do to change in the middle of the night and poor sleep I now get, and I have tried for months to make it work.

I wrote a review on the website but they only shows positive reviews. I wrote to customer service and they simply ignore my messages.

I’ll have to go further to ensure my money doesn’t go to waste.
