I ordered two duvets and four duvet…
I ordered two duvets and four duvet covers. When ordering they advertise that you will have it the next day. I started getting worried when two days had passed and I didn't receive any tracking number. That is when I decided to read up on Facebook.... I was then more worried as the reviews and comments were saying they didn't get their orders and others said they received faulty goods. So I decided to send an email and got a response that my order would have a delay as they didn't have the duvets in stock and I can change my order if I wanted. Knowing this gave me peace of mind and I was happy to receive my goods a bit later as I knew there was a delay. I received my order two weeks after I ordered and everything was good. The only thing I saw is that there were pen marks on two of the duvet covers but I was just happy I got everything and if that's the only thing that wasn't good then it wasn't too bad. If they can be more honest from the start without clients having to email and ask first, I think I would have given them more stars as I did feel anxious and thought I was scammed.

Shipment came fast but the double bed duvet only came with one pillow sheet. Why would you only need one pillow sheet for a double bed, no one has responded to my complaint yet

Absolutely no customer service, poor quality, and broken product
I ordered an electric fleece blanket from this company around Christmas, which was meant to be a present to someone on newyear.
It said clearly on their website that if you order before a certain time, it ships the next day.
Part of our family celebrates Christmas with gifts, the other part of the family on New Year, so I thought I’d be fine.
And I chose this company because they could deliver so fast.
It was a last minute present for someone special who had just told me she wanted a heated blanket.
I trusted the 24 hour shipping claim and placed the order.
It did not arrive.
I emailed them multiple times and got no reply.
When they finally did respond, their excuse was that they were still processing Black Friday orders. Seriously?!!
That was weeks ago.
If that was the case, they should have updated the website or added a warning during checkout they couldn't deliver the next day.
I would never have ordered from them had I known the that.
Their “solution” was a 10 euro discount voucher for a future order, only valid if I spent again at their website for at least 50 euros.
I'm not happy and they want me to order from them again??!

When the parcel finally arrived, it was too late to give as a present, new year had passed.
I had to give a small substitute gift instead at the party. Not fun.
When I finally could give it to her, the blanket looked different than on the website, was very thin, and felt very cheap, low quality.
Even I noticed it was poor quality. I felt so embarrassed.
I told her I would return it and ask for a refund and get her a decent one.
So I emailed them again, explaining everything again: that the blanket arrived too late, their lame black friday excuse, the 10€ compensation I wasn't happy with and that it was not as described, and was very poor quality.
No reply.

My neighbor told me she was cold and was looking for a heated blanket and wanted to buy it from me.
I was happy, coz I got frustrated of this company's lack of service and 'ot replying to me and telling me what to do..
We plugged it in,followed the Manuel....nothing....it doesn't even work!! We tried different outlets, no results.
I sent another email, politely but clearly asking for a refund, and told them to let me know whether I need to return it or throw it in the bin, since it was broken.
Still no answer.
Only 2 mails, exactly the same that they were, again 'busy'!!!
This company does not respond to emails.
Their product arrived late,
looked different than shown,
is very poor quality,
and does not even work.
I have still no answer and I have no idea what to do with it.
I do know, I want my money back.
I initially thought this might be a scam site.
Since they don't react either when you email them and they send you something different or broken.
Turns out it is a legal shop, but with customer service so bad it might as well be a scam.
Save yourself the stress.
Do not buy here.

Clearly it is possible to respond here, so I do not understand why I am still waiting for an actual email reply.
I have sent several emails and only received the same automatic response each time, saying you are busy and will get back to me.
I now have six (or more) of these.
It has been well over a week, and still no answer.
The blanket I received is defective.
What am I supposed to do with it? Should I return it or can I give it away?
I need clear instructions.
I already replaced the gift because you took too long.
Now I simply want to know what to do with the broken item and when I will get my refund.
If you have time to reply on Trustpilot, then you also have time to send me a short email with a solution.
