Bad quality

Bad quality

I have bought a shoe from Örebro butik in Marieberg Galleria. After around 25 days it shows high wear. I went to the butik in Orebro today 25/4 kl 17:00. To speak to them, the girl which refuses to tell me here name and called her self as butik mangers was so so aggressive and accused me that I have damaged the show my self and she refuses to even discuss. I tried to raise a complaint against here behavior and the quality and I talked to customer service and they blamed me that I miss used the shoes 😐, though I never had any issue with shoes being worn in 3 weeks, they never accepted that they have a bad quality😕.
What they wrote to me ( I would like to clarify that the wear you’ve experienced with the shoes appears to be due to regular usage, rather than a material defect. It seems more like typical wear and tear that can occur over time, particularly with frequent use. While we strive to offer durable products, some wear after extended or intensive use is unfortunately to be expected, even with shoes that are priced within a certain range.).

Regarding the shoes, our assessment was based on an inspection indicating that the wear appeared consistent with regular use rather than a production defect. That said, we fully understand your frustration, especially when you feel the shoes deteriorated faster than expected. We know that such situations can be disappointing, and we are sorry that the outcome was not what you had hoped for.

Very Disappointed – Poor Product Quality andVery Disappointed – Poor Product Quality and Rude Staff at Deichmann Väla Helsingborg

Bad experience

I bought a pair of shoes from Deichmann Väla Helsingborg, and after just 6 months, the inside of the shoe wore out and started hurting my leg. When I went to the store to show the issue, the staff dismissed it, saying it was not a quality issue and told me to come back another day when the manager would be there.

I went again as they asked, but it was clear they had already made up their mind not to help me – no return, no exchange, no solution. The staff were also very rude and unprofessional.

I visited another shoe store to get a second opinion, and they confirmed that the damage was due to poor quality. Still, Deichmann Väla Helsingborg refused to take any responsibility.

Very disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I would not recommend buying shoes from this store to anyone.

Cheap shoes and great quality

Cheap shoes and great quality. Shipping was delayed due to weather issues in Denmark. Not Deichmanns fault, but communication could have been a little better. But all in all i am happy with the service.

The material of these shoes is ridiculous BAD.

On October 12, I bought LandRover shoes at the Farsta store, and 20 days later the left shoe got a crack. Just walking around, totally normal use. I went to the store with my receipt and Deichman did not want to solve the problem. The material of these shoes is ridiculous bad😕😒😡🤬

12 oktober jag köpte LandRover-skor på Farsta-butiken och 20 dagar senare fick den vänstra skon en spricka. Bara att gå runt, helt normal användning. Jag gick till affären med mitt kvitto och Deichman ville inte lösa problemet. Materialet i dessa skor är löjligt dåligt😕😒😡🤬

Deichmann har reklamationsrätt i upp till tre år vid fabrikationsfel. Deichmann tar endast emot en reklamation där defekten på varan uppstått på grund av ett fabrikationsfel. Det är upp till butiken att göra en bedömning och ta ett beslut kring detta.

Bad behavior from the employers!

My kid and hes cusin went in this shop to look around. They came home and told me that the employer said to them they have to leave the shop if they don't want to by anything. They came from Denmark to shop. They came home and told me what's happend. I have one thing to say! Be glad I wasn't with them. And this employer in imporia should try be more professional and do her job. Or find something else to do.

Good shopping experience

I bought few pairs of shoes for my 4 years old son to see which ones are soft and fitting well and be able to choose from. They came quick and I made my choice. I sent back the rest that were either not fitting well or too hard. Good shop. Quick return of funds.

Fast shipping but unfortunately inside…

Fast shipping but unfortunately inside the shoes they were not good designed and my feet got very sore. The seam was right in the middle inside the shoe against the middle of my heel.
