Advertised free transfer in but still charged me. Not trustworthy. Very poor platform with lots of limitations. Very immature compared to other brokers that I use.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have requested to transfer my portfolio on March 25 and today, August 5, it has not been completed.
Apparently customers that are leaving are not worth their time anymore, but they definitely made sure I will never go back.
