Had a great experience with them untill…
Had a great experience with them untill I decided to close my account.
I had some position of a few hudreds of EUR that the platform won't let me close so I asked them for help. Well, they sold the shares and refuse to give me the money and just stopped responding to my emails.
The support is completely useless, they are rude, will speak over you and blame you for the problem or insinuate that you are stupid for not understanding their financial jargos.
Same exact thing has happened to my sister btw.

What I like the most is the simplicity…
What I like the most is the simplicity and speed of the web interface of the platform.
The platform is intuitive to work with and the execution of the order taxes are good especially if you buy/sell from tradegate exchange.
One thing what can be improved in a matter of taxes are the currency exchange fees. Bit expensive now.
