Really nice user experience
Really nice user experience. The user interface is sleek and easy to use, and the overall experience is great.
My only complaint is that more info should be provided to help fill tax forms. It would make the lives of a lot of clients way easier, for a very little price to pay for Degiro.

Locked out of my account for weeks
I have been having a very bad experience with degiro.fr (I'm a Belgian client) for the last weeks - I am locked out of my account for more than three weeks, unacceptable! Starting at the beginning of July (more than 3 weeks ago) I could not get past the FTCA form, it keep going around in a loop. I called the customer service number in France several times and each time they have a new excuse - the problem has not been solved yet.

Very efficient with most of the European and US stock ex places.
Really reasonnable costs comparatively to most of the French traders (I am French).
