Regarding the certificate of completion, that's only required if you completed the course in person. Since you completed the course online with us, your completion record was reported directly to the DMV and a certificate number will not be required to schedule your road test. You can proceed with doing so at https://nyrtsscheduler.com/, just make sure to have your DMV ID number and the 5-digit ZIP code for the area where you'll be taking your test. This was extremely helpful. You can do the course at your leisure, so you do not have to get it done in one sitting. You may choose to have extra benefits such as allow the content to be read and you follow along. They report the results to the appropriate people. The course is well formatted that I believe everyone will pass the 1st time they take the test. Thanks .

It’s a good course
It’s a good course, everything was easy. I liked that I could take the course in steps - sign in /out. Only once the sms code for signing in came late, what was scary because the time limit entering the code was past…. For the last attempt I used the other option „call“, which worked out great. I stayed with that option.
