Tried to put in a order but was notified they would only charge my card $3
I was then to contact my credit card company and confirm the charge then contact Defender again.
Really??
Ordered on Amazon instead and the item was cheaper with lower cost shipping.
I buy regularly from Fort Nine with no issues that are a pita to deal with

Trouble ordering on website
I had trouble submitting my order, the site was slow to update and move through the sections and into the checkout. It took me 3 times and being on a strong Wifi before it went through.

I had to cancel my order because of some weird debit card thing they tried to pull. Placed my order and then got an email wanting to hit my card for 3 dollars before they would place the order. Concerned me about the security of this transaction and I can only hope nothing nefarious happens now that they have my card info.
