Over a 36 hour period I was assisted in solving a very difficult problem with updating my windows 10. As we all know, Microsoft does not make their upgrades user friendly, and we worked diligently time and time again to FINALLY get my software upgraded to the new version of win 10 that is supported, whereas the older versions are no longer supported. Windows can be a bit of an abomination when trying to keep it running for years longer than Bill and the boys would like. They want us to spend more and more for more problems. Thanks for the help.
