Unsurprisingly, like the other reviews, no response from customer service. Very, very disappointed. I don't recommend them because, in case of problem, there will be no recourse.
Pantalon commandé pour mon fils ; colis bien arrivé au bout d'une dizaine de jours. Taille inadaptée hélas. Mais aucune possibilité de renvoi sur le site. Mail fait le 28 mars. Réponse reçue le 11/05, sur lequel on me dit, "you will receive the label in a separate email from DHL" puis "Alternatively, you can simply register your return online in the returns portal of your customer account ..." ce qui est faux car rien sur le site. On m'écrit aussi " If you have any further questions, you can also check our FAQ.". Le lien contenu dans le mot "FAQ" conduit à "Page Not Found" ... N'étant pas certain que le renvoi conduira à un remboursement, je vais revendre ce pantalon neuf ailleurs ("Vin ted" ...).
Je fuirai donc ce site désormais !
I returned two packages and they scammed me for 50€. They received packages and didn't refund me money. I report this to my bank and to police. Scammers!
