This company changed(almost removed) their warranty after purchase. After a youtuber called them out, it is clear that I'be lied to purchase their bad product.

Once again, they're trying to remove and sue negative reviews. If Deepcyclesystems truly cared about their reviews, they should at least respect the facts. If you want to see the proof. Type in DCS Deep Cycle Systems Defamation on youtube.

so far my experience with dcs batteries has been great i'm on my 5th dcs battery, one in my camper, other one in boat, one in my Porsche, and recently i installed 2 batteries with my solar system. the efficiency of all these batteries is second to none. the recent ones which i installed with my solar setup charge quickly and hold their charge for a long time, making them perfect for my solar setup.

Because the Australian Government has proven that dcs batteries are of very bad quality... I will not be using dcs for any of my battery needs. And I advise others to do likewise

I replaced my BMW Bosch battery with DCS 75ah battery. For now it seems like a good decision as it is operating very well and i have not had any problem so far. I will see how long it lasts. I will definitely buy this battery for my other car too if this one turns out good.

Not an accurate nor fair warranty system, and the failure of these batteries is even of more concern.

Do not deal with them.

DCS is not honoring their warranty practices and several of their products have failed to meet the promised spec of capacity after certain amounts of use.

In light of this, they have changed their warranty policy on their website i 2023, but it still says "Last changed in 2021". This is shady business practices and is an attempt of relieving them of meeting the expected warranty process.

So DCS is suing a YouTuber for writing a pretty detailed review of DCS’s inferior batteries and questionable business tactics? It is interesting that the business in question has appeared to shut down all their social media and doubled down on suing the YouTuber. Between your irrational lawsuit and your inferior batteries, I hope all the media attention helps destroy what is left of your crappy business.

I recently installed the 12v 720ah off grid system in my remote cabin. The performance has been impressive, from inverter to batteries everything works perfectly fine. Couldn't be happier

My experience with deep cycle systems has been amazing. Contacted them to find a couple of good batteries for my camper van, they helped me select the ideal batteries for my needs. The batteries have been performing really good and i am happy with my purchase.

Bought the sungrow 5000w inverter from dcs for my home solar system and it's working perfectly fine. The sales guy guided me through the installation and the inverter is handling all my energy needs. I'm also thinking about replacing my old batteries with dcs batteries, let's see how it goes.

installed off grid system from dcs a few days ago and it's working great. the system is enough to power everything from lights to my refrigerator. satisfied with the purchase.

It's obvious these guys are criminals and shouldn't be trusted.

I had been planning on using DCS for some upcoming projects of mine, however when I saw all the media that they are suing reviewers for their reviews, that really put a sour taste in my mouth. Then the disabling of their social media sites for what seems to be no reason is increasingly suspicious. A solid company wouldn't sue genuine reviewers and then hide all their social media pages.
Definitely not on the consideration for my upcoming builds

I will never use or recommend any DCS product again. I have had a terrible run of failures and the warranty process is horrendous. I’ve had them fail under bonnet, I’ve had them fail in my boat and I’ve even had one fail before I got to use it. So much money and stress has gone into any dealings with DCS and their batteries!

Terrible experience after purchasing a battery.

I installed a DCS battery in my boat and it's been fantastic. The battery is lightweight and provides consistent power, even in rough seas.

Just received my 80ah battery 2 days ago and installed in my car, it's working good so far and hoping for the same performance in the future as well. I must say the customer service has been good with quick delivery. Thanks
