Odered a sweatshirt in january and never received it. I sent emails and private messages on instagram and nobody answered me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - DOES NOT BELIEVE IN A POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I initially ordered a sweatshirt, Nov 23rd, for my daughter from their website for Christmas. The order went through and so did my payment. After 5 days I received an email that the sweatshirt was no longer available in the size I wanted. After several emails, they sent a size small instead. I received the sweatshirt on Dec 3rd. After we returned from holiday, January 1st, we opened gifts, the sweatshirt ended up being too small. I emailed customer service, January 2nd, about returning the item for either a refund or store credit and received an email from them saying since the order was placed on Nov 23rd and it was January it was longer than 30 days and it was too late for any type of refund. So know in advance 30 days starts on the day you order NOT the day you receive the item.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. They stopped responding when I asked for more details on a size exchange because they were going to charge for shipping due to the shirt being unpackaged. How would I see the shirt is the wrong size it left in the package? Makes no sense.
