I did not know that a delivery to a postal box was not possible; however, you were prompt in making sure I received the machine I ordered after you conveyed that message to me. I ordered from Deelat 2 times fist order they some how got the info for my address wrong.
I put in correct billing then added my shipping address different from billing like I always do took almost a week on there part to ship but when they shipped it came faster from Hong Kong than when it's shipped from USA ?
I then had to order some thing else ordered on Dec 2 and just got email today Dec 8th that ordered been shipped ,credit card went through so on not sure as to why it would take 5 days to process it and another so many days to get here this item coming from USA?

They carried a hard to find bulb for my foreign car and the price was extremely reasonable compared to dealership. Great transaction!

After complaining about quality of service Deelat got back to me and corrected everything. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. I am a happy customer.

It cam within the indicated time frame.

This device has so much noise (swishing sound) that it would actually give me a headache. Needless to say it's not being used. If they could get rid of the extra noise it would be a pretty good device.

I ordered my product on 6/9/15 it is now 6/30/15 still have not received my product. Shipping was $14.00 approximately 33% of the total invoice. If you need your stuff fast stay away from Deelat. If you want to pay ridiculous shipping and have a month to wait around for your order then by all means order from Deelat

Great service, excellent product.

Couldn't believe the price and the value. Shipping was quick, little on the higher end but quick and efficient and since the product price was lower I am ok with it.

The part I needed was an inexpensive metric copper tee. The order was accepted but the part was not in stock. Instead of simply cancelling the order, the company’s service manager called and offer alternative solutions. None of them would solve my installation problem. Deelat promised to find this part and they did. Who these days will go to such an extent for $5 part?

This hearing device far exceeds expectations. I just put it in and my hearing was GREATLY improved. I am very thankful for this product and would recommend.

The ear plug was a great price. It was very convenient to use. I would recommend it to anyone that just needed to hear better.

I was a bit concerned when after two weeks I had not received my order. I called customer service when I was not able to track my package. The person on the other end was very accommodating and explained the tracking number was not available because my package was probably at my door.......and indeed it was. I can only blame myself for the additional delivery time as I chose "standard ground delivery". The thing I would do differently with my next order is to second day or overnight it. The product is outstanding and worth the wait. Thank you Deelat!

Unfortunately I have problem keeping this in my ear. It keeps falling off.
I think that my ear canal is too narrow for these earplugs. Do you have smaller earplugs, which may fit in my ear canal?
I'm very satisfied your business, but maybe this hearing aid is not for my ear. Can you suggest some another type(cheap one)?

I placed an order for lifting eyes that were needed to move a machine and there was a very tight schedule. I placed the initial order online on a Friday with 2 day shipping. I was informed on Monday that the part was not in stock at the warehouse. They expedited shipping to next day with no cost in order for me to make my deadline and remained in contact to assure that everything worked out. Exceptional communication and concern for customer satisfaction.
