Deedpoll Reviews 

No response after payment was made despite chasing them for several days. In the meantime they have submitted the payment to my bank which I have now stopped. This is a SCAM and I have reported them to Action Fraud Police - see their website. I suggest everyone should do likewise.

Absolute Scam, documents were said to have been sent on the 11th, now almost a month later, still nothing has arrived.
No response recieved despite sending multiple emails.
I have requested a full refund (it wasn't cheap) I Will be contacting offcom.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY HAVE SENT ME SOMEONE ELSE'S NEW IDENTITY WITH OLD IDENTITY AS WELL AS DOOR NUMBER ROAD NAME AREA AND POSTCODE I HAVE TRIED EMAILING SO FAR 10 TIMES TELLING THEM ABOUT THE MADSIVE ERROR WITH NO REPLY THAT IS A MASSIVE BREACH OF DATA PROTECTION AND CLEARLY THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT ANY OF US PEOPLE COULD BE CHANGING THEIR IDENTITY DUE D.V AND OTHER HIGHLY DANGEROUS REASON SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

WHY HAS DEEDPOLE REPORTED THE TRUTH ARE THEY SENT MY DETAILS AND GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE'S WHAT A BOUT THE BREACH THEY COMMITTED

Currently we have ordered two deeds and the first one arrived on time and correctly. T worked for all the passport applications we needed. The second one was ordered with priority post and it still hasn't arrived. We have contacted them but the contact is via an online form and we've heard nothing from them since. It will be two days late t tomorrow. I will adjust this post of the resolve this.

Scammers! Errors on Deed Poll, will not answer emails. Promise refund only after you have re-ordered and given them more money. When I emailed requesting a corrected Deed Poll, never heard back.

as already reviewed by others, STAY AWAY, SCAM...have paid for certified copies of my name change, they have accepted the order and taken my money but do not answer emails and have not sent the documents despite numerous emails, they finally answered and told me to reapply and send the last 4 digits of my card no via email and they will reimburse me, WHAT!?!? so they wish me to send them more money that they say they will reimburse when they cant even fill my original order or refund the money for that.....these are a scam company and i recommend avoiding at all costs

Deedpolls-online terrible experience, poor customer services, missing information on the forms, very disappointed with this company.
Company issued a refund after several emails, this is my honest experience of the company and a verified purchase of a change of name.

I was given deedpoll that were fraudulent and unusable by deedpolls online, they also only have me 1 certified copy when i paid for 10

On top of that they put the incorrect names on the document making it unusable and the so called certified copy is just a top copy because there are no signatures and nothings been witnessed
