Abslout not recommended..

Abslout not recommended... I bought a dress (130€) for my sister's prom night and since the dress unfortunately did not fit her I wanted to return it! At first I was offered a 30% refund, but since I didn't need the dress I wanted to send it back. After I was ready to pay the shipping (30€) to China myself, I sent the package back! I never received my money and 6 months later the package arrived again and I had to pay 30€ to the post office again... so in total I was left with 190€!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. I ordered a men’s pyjama in size L, but the item I received was clearly much smaller — closer to an XS. The fabric quality was extremely poor and nothing like the product shown in the photos. It feels cheap and badly made.

I contacted customer service and sent pictures as proof of the wrong size and poor quality. However, they refused to admit their mistake. Instead of offering a proper refund or exchange, they asked me to pay additional money to return the item. They did not take responsibility and only kept asking for more money.

This is completely unacceptable. The product is misleading, and the customer service is unhelpful and unfair. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase and would strongly advise others not to buy from this website.
