Belmont Stores After many months (April…

Belmont Stores After many months (April 2021) from placing my order and like everyone else all the excuses as to why the furniture had not arrived and the promise of extra thick cushions and a £10 compensatory gesture my bank finally got my money back from these scammers. Today I received a letter nay threatening letter asking for the tenner back (surely compensation is exactly that a gesture of goodwill for their abysmal service) the letter was from Decor Labs no telephone number just their bank details and an email address. Threatening me with court, debt collectors coats legal fees etc. if I don’t pay the tenner back. I have emailed and asked them to call me to let me give them my thoughts on this issue I await a response……..I rang the number below lady said it’s nothing to do with Decor Labs
