I’ve ordered from the company on two occasions and both experiences have been great.
Very reasonably priced items, fast dispatch and great communication.
I would highly recommend.

After missing the order deadline I rang Jon after 4pm to check the fastest possible way to get an order. He confirmed the items were dispatched from a warehouse in another location, not from his premises, so collecting from him wasn't possible. I asked if the distributor provided collections. To my absolute surprise he volunteered to call them and ask. In a few minutes he rang me back to say it was sorted and I could collect from the warehouse which was close to home at 9:30 in the morning!
Absolutely unbelievably brilliant service. I cannot stress enough the extra trouble he went through to help. As a result I could travel to the job and get started immediately. What a star!
I've used DecorClever before and their prices have been the lowest too, so I strongly recommend everyone to use them, you won't regret it.

Fantastic service

Some things are so different you have to find them and then pay extra for them. The mural wall paper was certainly different but the cost was very competitive compared to other suppliers. It was easy to apply but perhaps do as I did and hire a professional to do it. It looks absolutely brilliant and makes a statement about your style. Top rate all round.

Bought the skeleton mirror wall clock from Décor Clever and it arrived super speedy! Was so easy to assemble and easy to hang on the wall! Looks beautiful and makes the room feel bright! 100% recommend

Looks lovely although we haven't hung it yet but it looks great quality. The packaging was stunning and brought a smile to my day. Each role individually boxed the rolls were wrapped in tissue and had a lovely bat sticker on as the paper was made in Transylvania!

Okay to deal with initially. But we experienced a problem with the anaglypta that we chose. It was a thinner anaglypta and was tearing as the (professional) decorator tried to hang it. When I called to ask about this they were not interested in helping only saying that I would need to contact the manufacturer. When I pointed out that my dealings were with them still no support. Then said possibly the paste was a problem and to contact the manufacturer. I did this - the manufacturer was very helpful and a bit bemused that I was calling them instead of the supplier. Turned out this is a finer anaglypta but this was not stated in the on-line information (which the manufacturer agreed was not clear and they will review product info on-line). Manufacturer said supplier just had to send it back to them and they'd refund. Back to supplier and told them. Not a supportive response. I would have to bear the cost of sending back paper. Not worth the hassle - but a learning experience. Will not deal with this company again. Leaves a bad taste.

Great online service very easy to search and find what you need and quick easy checkout was on and off there site in 10mins and was prompt delivery too.

This company offers a sample service and and also a personal search if you send photos of old wallpapers you want to match. I highly recommend them.
