After I Placed order
After I Placed order, i emailed a problem regarding the order within couple of placing order, now we are over 4 days later (i have sent another couple emails and no response) still noone has replied to my email and now the wrong item is being delivered today and I am going to have to pay again postage for correct item.
Customer service is non existant. Avoid
If they would just reply to emails then all issues could be resolved. Also paid 5.95 next day delivery. No such thing!! Avoid this dishonest site. Better pay bit more but get service and what u paid for

I am not very happy as l paid £5.45 for…
I am not very happy as l paid £5.45 for DPD next day delivery, ordered on the 29th April and still not received on the 4th May.
I know it has been a bank holiday but l also paid for next day delivery £5.45 with another supplier on the 1st may and received it this morning 4th May. That was with Royal Mail.
Certainly not impressed if one supplier can get it quicker to me, will use them in future.
I think the postage should be reimbursed.
