Such fantastic customer service. A few pots were unavailable, I had emails and telephone messages to apologise but an alternative had been sent with the original order.
They weren’t quite right so they sent new pots plus let me keep the others. Always in communication with me. The pots arrived, very well packed and of a great quality. Thank you.

I received a privacy fence from this…
I received a privacy fence from this company and it is a joke. Not as advertised, it is so small (smaller then my 5 pound dog lol) and they won’t allow a return.
This company is a scam. Do not purchase from here.

Amazing Customer Service
I recently ordered some tapered dinner candles for our upcoming wedding reception, but accidentally miscalculated how many I needed. I contacted the shop and Jay got in touch almost immediately, and sorted out some additional candles, which were delivered so quickly. Amazing customer service and the candles are perfect :)

Just want to say I've ordered the artificial flowers from this company - they are of very high quality, lifelike and reasonably priced. Delivery is within a couple of days and flowers are well packaged. Staff were more than helpful when I had a query. Would highly recommend this company.

Great choice and price for candles
