I ordered, gave deposit of a 1000usd and then wanted to change the order colour.
They refused because they claimed they ordered it espessialy for me while it was special order for me. They refused even to refund. Ripp off

the service was very kind and professional. and the material itself seems ok too.
however- the person recommended for installation did not do a good job, and i had to take another installer (and pay extra) to finish the work.
Its a shame

Before parquet installation measurement has not be done
So I remain with 100sqft it’s too much with no use

THE MATERIAL WE RECEIVED WAS UNACCEPTABLE. THERE WERE LINES OF THE PLANING MACHINE ACROSS THE BOARDS ALL OVER PLUS PROMINENT CROSSGRAIN CUTS THAT WERE NOT SANDED PROPERLY. ON TOP OF THAT WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO THE SHOP THEY SENT US TO A SPECIALIST WHO TOLD US THE BOARDS WERE TOO DRY AND HE RECOMENDED SANDING AND REFINISH THE FLOOR. ן FOUND MYSELF THEREFOR SANDING THE WHOLE FLOOR IN ORDER TO OVERCOME ALL THE MENTIONED PROBLEMS. AFTER COMPLAINING THE SHOP AGREED TO COMPENSATE US BY GIVING US EXTRA BOARDS BUT SINCE FEW MONTHES PASSED SINCE THEN AND WE ONLY CLAIMED IT RECENTLY THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO EXECUTE THE COMPENSATION ANYMORE

I bought parquet from your company, assuming that I will pay more and thus receive high quality. Unfortunately, I was very very wrong. The man who come to install the parquet did a poor-quality work after I paid the company thousands of shekels (his name is Alex. I know only his phone number: 972542565674). I can send you the pictures of that horrible job.
I hope that someone from the company will at list call me and send some professional worker to re-install all the panels that were put together in the ugliest way. I am writing this after endless talks with the store that ended up with nothing. I am disappointed beyond words, and defently will not recommend anyone to purchase parquet from Decoplus.
