Delivered in 2 days, good quality, great price, very pleased with my curtains

I have sent many a email wanting to return curtains, yet still waiting for returns label .

I have purchased curtains from Deconova previously so had no hesitation in using this company again as the quality of the curtains for the price is very good

Ordering online from somewhere you’ve never heard of can be a bit hit or miss but they are great quality and hang lovely.

Do not order from their website directly. Not only will you have to pay shipping but if something is wrong and you made a mistake in curtain size you'll also need to pay to send it back, which is absolutely ridiculous when they literally use amazon as their distributor and there the shipping and returns are free of charge. So I strongly advise to just buy their curtains off amazon.

Order cancelled for no reason but product still available on website. Emailed to ask why but no response

Fast shipment lovely fabric only thing is colour was not as the pictures was a lot lighter but on the hole lovely curtains

The fabric is lovely and my chairs look renewed.
The only concern is that they are a little tight so I can’t fit the properly.

No curtains because you can’t fill my order and No refund!!!!
Refund of only £43!!!! Still pending from 4th July!!!!!
What is going on?!

The curtains were good, extremely hard to find 96inch drops.
I think our only grumble was that we couldn't choose the width. So had to order double to make it up.

The courier is the problem, NOT the supplier or the product.

I'd have given 5 stars for the previous curtains that I picked up outside the house before they could be stolen.

This time they were stolen or not delivered. Amazon Logistics ignored my message NOT TO LEAVE THE PARCEL OUTSIDE THE BUILDING and to text me on arrival so I could collect it instead.

Courier posted no card through the letterbox telling me where they had left the parcel.

I could not track delivery. All I got was "Item not recognized." So I could not even know when to wait up at home for the parcel, or how long it would be left outside, 2 yards from the street, waiting to get stolen before I even knew it was there.

Amazon has no customer service telephone number. Absolute nightmare.

However, Deconovo customer services are doing all they can from their end: they will resend the items I ordered.

Even better yet if they switch to a reliable courier like Royal Mail instead of using one that's utterly useless.

Curtains are lovely and came super quick

I ordered a pair of curtains off the website. They had arrived within 4 working days! I was completely satisfied with the product. Excellent all round service!

This company were extremely helpful when I had some questions to ask. They replied immediately and went out of their way to answer my queries. When I made an order it was dispatched immediately and arrived within 48 hours. Excellent service.
